Our return/exchange policy at Dwellstudio.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached for a full refund. We do not charge restocking fees. However, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. Exchanges are also available for eligible items, and store credit can be provided upon request.
