If there actually were a Facebook page, I would consider going public with this. Here are the questions I want answers to, or I may report this to the SBA: - How can you claim it is free when I just spent over $60.00 on one session? - I am fairly quick, and there is no way 92% of your students can keep up with your pace. I am in Gold/Italian. - It's disappointing that so many people start your courses but likely do not finish, possibly even 97%, due to your capitalistic teaching approach. - I initially loved this program, proudly recommending it to others in the first week. However, by the halfway point of week 2, it feels like a money-making scheme. - It's truly sad that you lack integrity.

Hello, I purchased the Super plan on my Android device, which is set to expire in January [redacted]. I'm trying to upgrade to the family plan, but I can't locate that option in the app or when I log into my account on an iPhone. Despite having an active account, my app store subscriptions show no active subscriptions. When I access my account through a web browser, it recognizes my account but doesn't provide the option to upgrade. I was charged $84 in January, and while my account is labeled as Super, it doesn't seem to acknowledge it. The app mentions that my account is managed by the Play Store, but I can't find it there. I'm hoping you can assist in upgrading my account to the family plan so I can maintain my progress and include my family members. Thank you :)

Ich benutze denselben Account sowohl am PC als auch über die Handy-App auf dem iPhone. Sollten diese Konten nicht synchronisiert sein, um die Punkte konsistent zu halten? Momentan weisen die App auf meinem Handy und die Web-Version unterschiedliche Punktestände auf – [redacted] türkisene Steine auf dem Handy und 3 rote Steine auf der Website. Die Streak-Tage (38) sind jedoch auf beiden Plattformen gleich. Könnte mir bitte jemand erklären, was hier los ist? Möglicherweise mache ich einen Fehler. Your website is frustrating and lacks transparency. I am trying to make a purchase but I can't determine what I am buying, the cost, or the available options without creating an account. I am interested in the Super tier for multiple grade school kids in one or more languages. Can you provide information on options, pricing, contracts, and what's included? I have spent hours over multiple days trying to figure this out, and I'm frustrated. I hope to be proven wrong, but at this point, I believe your website needs improvement. Hello, I have been using Duolingo for [redacted] days in German. I had reached lesson 76 by completing all my lessons. Yesterday, out of curiosity, I wanted to try a few Spanish lessons. I have a Duolingo + subscription. When I tried to resume my German lesson today, it only offered me a Spanish course. I mistakenly requested to reset my German course, which reset all my progress as if I were starting from the beginning. Can you please restore my lessons to level 76 as previously achieved, with all lessons validated in purple up to level 43? I do not have the courage to start over from scratch and am seriously considering unsubscribing if I have to retake everything just because of a mistake. Thank you for your assistance.

I signed up for a monthly subscription on Duolingo assuming I would be billed monthly, but I was unexpectedly charged for a full year after upgrading to Super Duolingo. I couldn't find the monthly rate anymore on the Super Duolingo page and was surprised by the annual charge. I tried to unsubscribe within 5 minutes of the charge, but it had already processed. I've been attempting to contact customer service for the past 30 minutes without success. I ask for a refund as soon as you receive this email.

Hello, this is my second message regarding my return to Diamond League. I have successfully done repairs in the past until last night (3/5/23) when I just fell short in XP. I intended to purchase [redacted] gems for a repair, but I only had [redacted] gems available. I decided to buy more gems and paid $9.99 for what was supposed to be "[redacted]" gems. Upon payment, I selected the "[redacted] gem repair" option, but I was unexpectedly placed in Obsidian League with a total of [redacted] gems. I seek assistance to resolve this issue as I bought the gems solely for the specific repair needed. Last week, I was in the diamond league and leading by [redacted] XP in 1st place an hour before it ended. However, after the league ended at 10PM, the winners were not announced. I did not receive any gems for my position or a badge for being in the top 3. Additionally, my league advancement badge is stuck on advancing to obsidian even though I was in obsidian two weeks ago. I have a screenshot from around 9PM showing the XP scores of participants. Can this issue be resolved?

Hello! I'm currently taking a German course on Duolingo. I realized that my friend has the app set to Latin American Spanish instead of the Spanish from Spain. I tried looking online for a way to change the language to Latin American Spanish, but I could only find the option for the Spanish flag. Although I have Duolingo Plus, I couldn't find a way to contact Duolingo directly for specific help with this issue.

Hello, I encountered an issue last night with Duolingo. After completing a lesson, the app stopped working, and no troubleshooting steps helped. Today, the problem persisted, but reinstalling the app briefly allowed me to do one lesson before it malfunctioned again. Consequently, the lessons from last night and today didn't register. This is frustrating as I have a long streak and want to continue practicing to maintain my status in the Diamond League. I am eager to resolve this so I can continue using the app seamlessly. Hello, I recently tried to add my son to the Duolingo Family plan, but I have encountered an issue. After sending the invitation and following all prompts, the app does not reflect my son as part of the Family plan. Instead, it reverts back to the free version of the app, stating "you are no longer a Super Subscriber!" despite attempts to switch to the "super" icon. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling his app multiple times and sending several invitations, but the problem persists. I recently purchased a 15-timer boost package for 4,[redacted]💎. However, I had an issue where I accidentally used some boosts due to the way the buttons are placed, causing me distress. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times, they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I have requested a refund due to the package being more of a distraction than an aid in my studies.
