I haven't received any updates, leading me to check my credit card statement, which still doesn't show the charge from Foster and Smith. I obtained a tracking number, which I will now investigate. In the future, I prefer to speak with someone in the US rather than overseas. The service has declined since Petco took over, prompting me to consider finding a new pharmacy for my upcoming orders.
