I placed an order with Foster & Smith a while ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. When I called today, I spoke with a customer service representative who didn't have my correct email address on file for the shipment notification of my dog's prescription. I haven't received any updates, leading me to check my credit card statement, which still doesn't show the charge from Foster and Smith. I obtained a tracking number, which I will now investigate. In the future, I prefer to speak with someone in the US rather than overseas. The service has declined since Petco took over, prompting me to consider finding a new pharmacy for my upcoming orders.
