I purchased a [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] a month ago with only [redacted] miles. Upon contacting Silver Rock due to an issue, I was informed that it's a Ford problem related to the lead transmission line. The repair could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, but now I am being told it might be up to 6 months. As a result, my truck has been sitting in my yard with minimal mileage driven. I paid a $[redacted] down payment and I'm two months ahead on payments. Customer service offers no resolution besides paying for a truck I can't use. Any assistance in expediting with Ford or swapping for a different truck would be appreciated. I have all the paperwork within the 30-day window and under [redacted] miles.
