I placed an order for a dress on October 25, [redacted], and despite assurances from customer service about delivery dates, I have not yet received the dress. Most recently, on February 18, [redacted], a representative mentioned the dress was ready to ship, but as of February 25th, I have not received a shipment confirmation. The rep also stated the order arrived earlier than anticipated and would be shipped on February 18, yet I have not received any further updates. I am concerned about the delay and would like more information on the whereabouts of my order and an estimated delivery date.
