Dow Chemical Customer Service Issues

I am not satisfied with Jim Fitterling's public display of LGBTQ support at Dow. While I respect his right to his sexual orientation, I believe his actions, such as flying a rainbow flag at a Dow facility, are not appropriate. I want to remind Jim that the majority of Americans are Christians who do not support homosexuality. LGBTQ organizations have openly targeted Christian businesses, causing harm. Considering that less than 5% of the population identifies as gay and 0.3% as transgender, highlighting these minority groups may isolate many Dow employees and customers. I advise Jim to focus on the company and shareholders, and to keep his personal views on sexuality private.
