The customer service experience was incredibly disappointing, and I even began to worry if my money was taken advantage of. To resolve my hunger, I ordered from another restaurant. Regrettably, when the order eventually arrived, the food was cold and stale. I've been attempting to reach out to the store today, but they persist in disconnecting the call. While visiting the Chapel Hill Tennessee location, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing gloves. When I inquired about this, I was rudely told that they wash their hands. I also witnessed several instances of cross-contamination, such as a staff member answering the phone, touching the keyboard, then their face, and proceeding to the prep area without washing their hands. Having worked in the restaurant industry for two decades, I understand that this behavior is unacceptable. I have decided not to dine at Domino's again. I plan to contact the health department tomorrow and inform others about my experience.

I used 80 points to get a medium pizza and a pepperoni stuffed bread using a Members Only coupon worth 20 points. When I went to the store on 173rd and Halsey in Portland, they couldn't find any record of my redemption. They wanted to charge me $35 for the order, but I insisted it was a redemption. The staff argued with me, and one of them told me to take my business elsewhere with a rude attitude. I found their behavior to be disrespectful and unacceptable.

I am currently experiencing multiple issues with my local store. Yesterday, I received my order which was delivered cold. Despite my attempts to call and address the issue on the same day, the store did not answer. Today, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager. I expressed my concerns about the previous day's order, stating that it had remained untouched and I requested a refund. The manager claimed that since the issue was from the day before, she couldn't process a refund. I asked for her name and requested to speak with a supervisor. After putting me on mute multiple times and hanging up, I tried calling back several more times, only to be met with the staff playing games by picking up and hanging up on me. I am seeking immediate assistance.

Yesterday evening, we ordered pizza which arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it was cold and burnt. I contacted the company to express our dissatisfaction as the pizza seemed old and unappetizing.
The company offered to either remake the order or provide a coupon for our next purchase. Although we accepted their offer, we were still disappointed with the experience. However, after consuming a few slices, we had to discard the remaining pizza. Shortly after, both of us fell ill, and my wife suffered from food poisoning all night. She was extremely unwell, vomiting at least eight times, prompting concerns about needing to seek medical attention.
It appears that the pizzas we received were pre-made and left out for an extended period, explaining why they arrived burnt yet cold. I believe we deserve more than just a complimentary pizza as compensation. The advertisement promises fresh pizzas, but what we received was far from that - it was potentially hazardous to consume.

I am Lina, a customer at Domino's in Pusat Dagangan Sendayan, Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban. On 11/10/23 at 6:16:29 PM, I placed order [redacted]. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by the staff at Domino's Pusat Dagangan Sendayan, Seremban because my order was completed over 1 hour late, yet they managed to prepare orders for 4 other customers who arrived after me. Seeing the 4 customers who arrived after me receiving their orders, I approached the counter to inquire about mine. The crew leader asked another staff member about my order, and I found out that my order was given to a customer who came after me. I had to wait for my order to be remade. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at Domino's Pusat Dagangan Sendayan, Seremban, as they did not apologize for the mistake and stated that my order was not ready without showing any remorse. As a long-time Domino's customer, I am regretful for the lack of responsibility shown by the Domino's staff towards customers. Domino's should educate their staff to take responsibility for their mistakes with customers. I hope Domino's will address the behavior of their staff. Etiquette towards customers is necessary, and appropriate action should be taken with the staff. Professional behavior is essential for customer service.

I placed an order with Domino's on a Friday and received a free pizza reward for a delivery order scheduled for the following Saturday. When I tried to redeem it, I couldn't use two coupons for the deal I wanted. I planned to order a regular menu pizza at half off, but the free pizza had to be included due to it being a reward deal for my delivery order. Moreover, to reach the $20 minimum for delivery, I added a few dips and regular tots, thinking I could save 20% by choosing pinpoint delivery. However, it wasn't clear that I needed to click on the offer or add a promo number for the discount, and the pinpoint delivery ended up being further than expected. I paid $6 for delivery and waited outside, only to receive someone else's pizza first while mine got cold. I ended up spending $42 on three medium pizzas and sides. I missed out on the half-off pizza sale and hope to receive a $10 credit for a regular menu-priced pizza or a medium pan pizza with three toppings and a garlic dip. I also received the wrong dip, but the pan pizza was good. Overall, I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

On Sunday, October 8, [redacted], I placed a delivery order (#[redacted]) with Domino's Pizza from store #[redacted] at [redacted] Truman Parkway, Hyde Park, MA [redacted], just about a mile away from my home. I watched the Domino's Tracker as my order was prepared, but there were issues once it was out for delivery. The driver seemed to have gone in the wrong direction and returned to the store. After contacting the store, the driver delivered one pizza instead of the two I ordered. They promised to make and redeliver the missing pizza promptly. However, the second pizza arrived cold, and it turned out to be a redo of the original. This experience tarnished what was supposed to be an enjoyable meal. I also noted that the pizza boxes lacked the usual stickers detailing the order contents. Despite reaching out to Domino's Customer Support and receiving a case number, I have yet to hear back about a resolution as of Monday, October 30, [redacted].

I placed an order for a pizza at 5:02 PM with an estimated delivery time of 40-50 minutes. At 6:00, I called the store to check on my order and was informed that there would be an additional 30-minute delay. While the lady I spoke to was kind, customers should not have to contact the store for updates like this. It would be more considerate to notify customers via text or email about significant delays like this. Waiting an hour and a half is double the estimated delivery time, and this has not been the first occurrence of such delays.

I made an order at Domino's store #[redacted] on [redacted] Georgia Avenue at 6:06 p.m. I've been waiting for two hours now, trying to contact them but no one answered my calls. After 12 attempts, I spoke to Mahamat, who claimed there was no order under my name, despite me telling him the order number was #[redacted]. He abruptly hung up at 8:56 p.m. When I called back, they didn't answer my calls. Unfortunately, I missed out on the free pizza promotion I used. This experience has been so disappointing that I won't be ordering from this Domino's or location again due to their poor service.

I have a Domino's card with stamps for 9 orders, entitling me to a free large pizza with 2 toppings on the 10th order. Last Saturday at store [redacted], the manager took my card, tore it up, and threw it away, claiming it was no longer valid. There is no expiration date on the card, and #10 should be free.
