I ordered food from your Gunjur branch in Varthur Hobli yesterday with Order No. [redacted]. Unfortunately, my order was late and not fresh. I have requested a refund. Today, I received a call from the branch manager, Ms. Amruta. She asked if I had received the refund and verbally promised a [redacted] rupees voucher for my next order. I requested an email confirmation from her official email but she mentioned she couldn't provide that. This process lacks professionalism and does not align with your company's reputation. Kindly address and resolve my issue.

I recently had an issue with Domino's regarding my order. After receiving two pizzas over 1 1/2 hours late, one of them arrived extremely burnt. I complained about the quality and was offered a free pizza as compensation. When I tried to redeem it online, I was informed at the store that I had to order another pizza to receive the free one, which was not communicated to me initially. The staff member was rude and disrespectful, leaving me feeling very upset. This misleading situation feels like false advertising, and I am disappointed in the customer service I received at the Rosamond, CA location on Rosamond Blvd. I plan to share my negative experience with others.

I ordered 3 pizzas today at 12:28 PM from the Domino's on St. Joseph Ave. in Evansville, IN. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. However, there was a delay in the delivery, and when I went to inquire about my order, the staff was unhelpful. I was told they were busy and felt my concerns were not addressed appropriately. On Saturday, September 24th, we placed an order for a large Brooklyn pizza with specific toppings and a speciality chicken through the Domino's mobile app. Unfortunately, both the pizza and wings were of poor quality, leading us to discard the entire order. Despite attempting to contact them by phone and through the app, we received a delayed response indicating that we missed the 16-hour window for complaints. Frustratingly, a subsequent call to the store to speak with a manager left me waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes. On September 30th, I visited the Ruidoso pizza location to purchase some pizza. I ordered the special deal of 2 large 2-topping pizzas for $10.99 each, along with a large supreme pizza. Despite being told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, there were several mishaps. My order was misplaced twice, causing delays. Eventually, after about 70 minutes, the staff found my pizzas sitting on the counter, and by then they were cold. Furthermore, upon receiving the order, I realized I had been overcharged for two of the pizzas. It was a frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a pizza yesterday, September 5th, with extra sauce. When I arrived home and opened the box, it only had cheese and crust. After multiple calls, I finally spoke to an assistant manager who insisted I bring the pizza back for a replacement. I questioned why I had to return when it was their mistake. I was wrongly charged for a pizza order I never received, and when I contacted the store manager, she was dismissive. Despite the charge showing on my bank statement clearly, she denied any mistake and even insinuated that I had stolen a pizza. The situation arose because my daughter couldn't pay the delivery fee for a previous order, so I offered to pay it on the next order, which the delivery person declined. When I informed the manager, she accused me of lying. This conversation with the manager, Amada or Mandy, was unpleasant as she falsely accused me of theft and being a liar. She even mentioned they wouldn't deliver to my house anymore due to this issue. I request a call back to resolve this situation promptly. The treatment I received was disrespectful and unnecessary, especially considering my loyalty to Dominoes over the years and the fact that this had not been an issue before.

I attempted to place an online order but encountered issues, so I phoned the customer service line. After a frustrating 40-minute call with a representative who struggled with English, I tried to provide my credit card details, but she kept insisting on cash and abruptly ended the call. When the delivery driver arrived, he refused to hand over the order since I hadn't paid. Despite trying to make the payment over the phone, he left before I could complete it. After another call, he returned with my order, which was unfortunately cold. Upon eating, we found the stuffed pizza lacked cheese, with some slices having none. Unfortunately, my family even found long hair in their mouths from the pizza, causing one member to fall ill. My name is Tonya M. My husband ordered Domino's using my debit card. The pizza was doughy with no toppings besides sauce and cheese. We ordered a large Philly cheese pizza and the stuffed bread was burnt on the outside and had an excessive amount of jalapenos. While eating, my husband broke his tooth on the hard pizza, causing a lot of blood. I ended up choking on a jalapeno with a stem that was stuck in my throat until yesterday. This was the worst food experience ever. We are requesting a refund for the entire order. My husband is considering contacting a lawyer as this isn't the first issue we've had with Domino's keeping our payments for delivery orders twice before. This requires immediate attention. The recent order was $30.00, the delivery order was $28.00, and the other one was $19.67. Please address this quickly.

I placed an online order for pizza for my staff on Sunday, October 30th, to be delivered on October 31st at 11:30 a.m. It's now 1:05 p.m. CST, and we still haven't received our pizza. I called the store, and they mentioned they are working on it. This is unacceptable. For such a large order, the delay is frustrating. I paid $[redacted].41 plus a tip and am extremely disappointed. As a manager at an RV resort, I have faced challenges with drivers speeding on the property. Despite addressing this issue with drivers and notifying the store manager, there have been ongoing problems. Recently, a guest reported speeding drivers, and the response from the manager was unacceptable, behaving rudely and cursing at the guest. Following this incident, I have made the decision to ban Dominos delivery service from [redacted] Holiday Blvd, Clewiston, Florida [redacted]. I will be advising my guests against using their services due to this unacceptable behavior.

On my third attempt, I asked to speak with the manager. When "John" came on the line, he informed me that my order was cancelled because it was too late for them to fulfill it due to being busy. I expressed my concern about not being informed earlier, especially since I had children waiting to eat. "John" rudely dismissed my concerns, stating they were busy and ended the call abruptly. I work at the ER in Fostoria, Ohio, and I recently encountered a distressing situation involving a patient's mother who works at Domino's. She was on the phone with her boss, explaining her child's injury. The boss insensitively pressed for her to leave by 6:00. The mother, visibly upset, agreed to try to make it. Witnessing her distress, I believe the manager on duty should be addressed regarding this insensitive behavior. The employee was in tears, clearly overwhelmed by the situation, and it's concerning to see such lack of empathy in a time of need. This situation needs to be rectified to ensure a supportive and understanding environment for everyone involved.

I placed an order on 10/16/[redacted], but the local store prepared it before I could make changes. I canceled the order and requested a refund to my credit card. Despite receiving an email confirming the cancellation, the charge still appeared on my credit card statement. On November 25, [redacted], I ordered a pizza for some colleagues at Marshall's Dept. Store. Unfortunately, one of the staff members tried a slice and ended up vomiting after just one bite. I'm unsure what caused this reaction. I removed the pizza from the breakroom table for safety. After work at 10:30 pm, I returned the pizza to Domino's (I have a photo of the employee). I spent $69.04 on an order and specifically asked if the Brooklyn Pizza was an extra large for my nursing staff. They assured me it was, but when I received the pizza, it was no bigger than a large. I returned the next day and was told I only get 2 extra pieces, which was not enough for everybody. They should have informed me about this when I placed the order. The manager was rude and unapologetic, making my first experience with the company disappointing. It would have been better to order two pizzas instead.
