Recently, my wife ordered a pepperoni pizza online with no sauce and extra cheese from the Domino's in Corsicana, Texas. When we received the order, it was incorrect, containing bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, extra sauce, which was not what she requested. We tried to explain the mistake to the manager, but their response was rude and argumentative. The manager refused to fix the order, which left us quite dissatisfied with the service we received around 11:00 am to 11:40 am last Sunday.

There seems to be a significant 2-hour delay in the delivery process compared to the website's estimated time of 30-45 minutes. I recently ordered two pizzas from Domino's Store ([redacted]) located at [redacted] S University Dr Davie FL [redacted], and was notified of this delay after my card was charged. I am disappointed by this discrepancy and the inconvenience it has caused. Unfortunately, I am now required to wait for an extended period, and I am concerned the pizzas will arrive cold. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the business practices and customer service of this establishment.

An employee called to inform me that my order might be canceled due to a high volume of deliveries and a shortage of drivers. I explained that I couldn't pick up the order myself and preferred to wait for delivery. Despite my repeated requests, she abruptly kept insisting on canceling the order. I reiterated that I needed the delivery and inquired about the expected delay with only two drivers available, to which she couldn't provide a clear answer and insisted on canceling. I calmly emphasized that I was unable to drive due to being on crutches and requested for the delivery to proceed since I visit the store regularly but couldn't make it in person that day. Unfortunately, the call ended abruptly as she hung up on me.

I recently placed an order for a pasta bowl with extra sauce and 8 BBQ wings for pick up, but unfortunately, both items were lacking sauce. After contacting the restaurant, I was told the manager would call me back but never did. When I eventually spoke to the manager, he offered me a five dollar credit and mentioned they receive complaints often. I explained the importance of good customer service but was met with rudeness, culminating in him hanging up on me when I threatened to leave a negative review. Thank you.

Order number [redacted]: I ordered a Veg Extravaganza pizza for Rs. [redacted]. The delivery was over an hour late. After contacting customer service, I was assured a full refund within 7 business days. It has been a while, and I have not received the refund as promised. This experience has been inconvenient, and the false assurances are disappointing. I kindly request a prompt investigation into this matter and the immediate initiation of the refund. Thank you.

I had an unfortunate encounter at the store recently. After requesting better customer service from the General Manager, I was threatened by the GM's wife, who thought I was speaking disrespectfully to her. The situation escalated outside the store with her threatening violence. This all unfolded due to an issue with an order cancellation and the lack of professionalism in handling it. Witnessing how the disabled staff member was treated only added to the distressing experience. The GM's dismissive behavior and her wife's threatening actions were unacceptable. As a long-time Domino's customer and shareholder, this incident has prompted me to discontinue my patronage and sell my stock in the company.

I placed an order for a pizza consisting of a pepperoni thin crust large and a pepperoni half beef thin crust large around 2 PM. However, upon receiving the pizzas, they appeared very dry with hardly any cheese on them. Additionally, they were cold. I tried to contact the store to report the issue but have not received any information or callbacks regarding my order. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizzas I received. I even had to send the older kids to get a different pizza from down the street. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. - Maria Barajas

I had a very unpleasant experience with your staff at the Domino's location on [redacted] 5th Street in Eureka, CA on December 8, [redacted]. The young brunette girl at the counter was quite rude to me, but I placed my order anyway. When I approached the counter, all the employees turned away, which I found disrespectful, but I patiently waited to order. Despite previously being harassed at this location, I requested that nothing extra be added to my pizza. Despite assurances from the staff, my pepperoni pizza arrived with a strange yellow slime. When I inquired about it, the staff claimed it was garlic sauce, but I doubted their explanation. Despite their unprofessional behavior, I managed to get a replacement pizza, which also had an odd smell and temperature. I suspect there might have been something unsafe or unusual added to my pizzas, and I urge your team to investigate this matter thoroughly. Thank you, Glenda L. Cooper.

I have made numerous attempts to recreate the "fiery Hawaiian" pizza that Domino's discontinued. Despite using only "hot" toppings and sauce on my latest order, I failed once again. While my spouse enjoys Domino's, I am disappointed and will not be trying to replicate that pizza anymore. I will opt for other pizza options available from the many pizzerias in our area. This is not the first time I have provided feedback like this, and as a result, I am no longer a customer. It is unfortunate that Domino's seems to have grown so large that they no longer prioritize customer preferences.

This isn't the first time Domino's has messed up my order. I purchased two large Philly steak and cheese pizzas, but once again the crust was burnt, and there was hardly any steak on them. It ended up tasting more like a vegetable pizza. I tried to report the incident online with no success, and when I called, the staff were unprofessional and rude. At this point, I just want a refund. I'm very disappointed and don't plan on ordering from them again.

I had a question about my order regarding whether marinara sauce comes with cheese sticks. Typically, it does, but this time it didn't. I called Dominos on Lake Ave and inquired. The person informed me he was new and was unsure, so I requested to speak to a manager. The manager, Kirt, promptly responded stating they have never included cheese sticks with the order since [redacted]. Before I could continue, he interrupted me. I felt his behavior was inappropriate; I was simply seeking clarification. I perceived Kirt's raised voice when I mistakenly called him Kirk as confrontational. I don't want anything in return, but I won't be returning to Dominos and will recommend Pizza Hut instead. I am left wondering if this is how all customers are treated and if managers are permitted to respond rudely to inquiries.

I recently ordered from Domino's located at [redacted] Nicholson Ln Ste E, Kensington, MD [redacted], like I usually do. Tonight, however, my order was not as expected. I asked for a pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage, but both meats were on the same side. I also received another pizza with some unknown toppings sprinkled on top, possibly garlic, which made me worried about serving it to my kids. Despite the usually nice and friendly staff, this experience was disappointing, especially with two children sick at home. - Tom Summers

I have sent four emails regarding two recent deliveries from Dominos that were problematic. I included photos but received no response. The first issue was a driver forgetting drinks and taking over 20 minutes to deliver them within a short distance. The second problem was the pizza not being made correctly, taking a long time to be delivered, and being greasy. I had family visiting who were disappointed. I have spent nearly $80 on two unsatisfactory meals and have not heard back from Dominos, which is unusual as a frequent customer. The complaint numbers are [redacted] and [redacted], but it has been almost two weeks with no response despite being told I would be contacted within 5 hours. This lack of communication is frustrating.

I have encountered issues with two separate orders recently. I reached out to customer service via email and received an automated response promising a reply within 5 business hours. It has been over two weeks, and I have not received any communication.
The first order, with reference number [redacted], had missing items when delivered, causing inconvenience as I had guests over. Despite contacting the store promptly, the resolution was delayed, and the promised service recovery was not fulfilled.
In the second order, which was plagued by lateness, missing toppings, and poor packaging leading to a soggy box, referenced by [redacted], I again received the same automated promise of a response within 5 hours, with no follow-up.
As a long-time patron with minimal complaints over the years, this lack of communication and resolution is disappointing and not reflective of good customer service standards.

I reached out to two establishments via email, but I am struggling to find a way to contact Domino's customer service. I placed an order for a pizza at 1:22pm, and it took over 2 hours to be delivered. After calling the store at around 2:15pm, I was informed I was second in line and that the pizza would arrive in 30 minutes, but it didn't show up until 3:11pm. It was disappointing to receive cold pizzas that seemed like they had been left out for a while. I have evidence of the delay with the receipt, screenshots of the phone call, and pizza tracker updates. This has never happened to me before, and I am quite frustrated with the whole experience.

I recently placed an order for delivery using the mobile app, and mistakenly used my work address instead of my home address. I immediately contacted the store upon noticing the error but was informed that I would not receive a refund due to the store losing money. Despite explaining that I was not near the store and that no one received the food, I was told nothing could be done. I have yet to receive a refund even though the food was not delivered. The order was made at the Hamilton, NJ [redacted] location on [redacted] Route 33, Suite 7 in the Acme Shopping Center.

I ordered pizza for pickup. When I arrived at the store, the cashier informed me that the amount owed was $22.22. I handed over a [redacted]-dollar bill, but was informed they didn't have change. After checking with the manager, they confirmed the situation. Despite explaining it was all I had, the manager apologized but couldn't provide change. Consequently, I decided to cancel my order and went next door to Papa John's, where they could accommodate my payment method.

I ordered a hand-tossed pizza but received a pan pizza instead. When I contacted the store at [redacted], the manager offered to send me a new pizza but requested the return of the incorrect one, which is understandable. However, I felt like I wasn't being treated as a customer, and I found that disappointing. When I asked for the manager's contact information, he declined to provide it. I’m surprised by the lack of professionalism in handling this situation.

At 6:30 PM on December 10th, I placed my usual online order for two pizzas, the number special, for my daughter and me from Domino's. However, shortly after placing the order, I received a call from a manager at the Downtown West Palm Beach Domino's by Clematis. The manager informed me that they couldn't deliver to my neighborhood after 6 PM because it was deemed "too dark". I was taken aback by this statement, as it felt insensitive to me as a Caucasian individual. Despite my shock, the manager declined to provide me with her name.

I placed an order on December 7th. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my order hadn't arrived. I called the store, and a young man answered. He took my phone number and reassured me that my order was on its way. Another 20 minutes passed, but still no order. I called again, and the same young man answered, claiming the order was waiting for a driver. Eventually, after over an hour, my cold order arrived. I am requesting a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or on my cell at [redacted]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
