Hello, I recently submitted a detailed report using this tool, but I am unsure if it went through. I am Jeff Boiler, and I urgently need assistance with restoring my email access. The domain email in question is [redacted] Since this afternoon, I have been unable to send or receive emails, and test emails are not going through despite the internet connection being fine. The error message I receive when attempting to send emails is: "Task '[redacted] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC1A): 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.' I am not knowingly using any encryption methods.
