Greetings,
I am Roman Cabrera, writing on behalf of the computer science club and students at Las Positas Community College in Livermore, California. Our students are excited about hosting a hackathon named Community Codes exclusively for community college students, expecting around [redacted] attendees from various colleges in the Bay Area. We are reaching out to DocuSign to invite your participation in the event. We would love for DocuSign to join us, either by attending, setting up a table, recruiting, or engaging with the students during the hackathon. The event is scheduled for October 12th from 8 AM to 8 PM on the Las Positas College Campus. It would be a great opportunity for students to interact with industry professionals, gain practical knowledge, and showcase their skills. Your involvement could help students connect with the real-world industry, potentially recruit interns, and offer valuable insights into the software development field. We also welcome the idea of DocuSign leading a workshop for the participating students. Please reach out if you are interested, and we can arrange a meeting to discuss this further. Thank you for considering our invitation.
Best regards,
Roman Cabrera

Good morning. I am trying to understand if Docusign is an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) – (connected solely to the signer; capable of identifying the signer; created with data for the generation of an electronic signature that the signer can use under their exclusive control with a high level of security; linked to the signed data to allow identification of any subsequent modification of such data) or a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) – which, in addition to the features of an advanced electronic signature, is created on a qualified device for electronic signature creation, is based on a qualified electronic certificate, and has legal effect equivalent to that of a handwritten signature. Thank you very much.

Hello,
I am setting up the DocuSign platform for our company.
Encountered issues:
Scenario 1:
When loading multiple documents in a single envelope in the Sender environment, the model correspondence window displays all shared templates with the Sender. This becomes inconvenient when adding several documents as you have to select the appropriate template for each. Is it possible to configure the window to show only one template for the entire envelope, not for each document?
Scenario 2:
Within an envelope with multiple documents and a specific signing order for 2 people, the first signer approved all documents, but the second declined to sign one, leaving a comment for correction. We aim to remove this document and replace it with the corrected version, however, it seems locked now. Is there a solution to address this issue?
Thank you.
Best regards

Hello! I'm looking for a way to resend a signed Docusign package back to a person for them to correct missing or incorrect fields. As an onboarding coordinator, I often receive signed packets with important fields left unfilled. Unfortunately, these fields cannot be marked as mandatory due to multiple options (e.g., selecting filing status on a Federal W-4 Form). Is there a way to resend the packet to allow corrections and have the individual re-sign for the updates, rather than sending a whole new package? Thank you for any guidance you can offer!

We recently dealt with a contract that required us to use DocuSign. After canceling the contract, Sunova accepted the cancellation today. Now we would like to cancel our DocuSign account.
In a separate concern, when emailing our insurance agent, we noticed his email address with "via DocuSign" attached, like [redacted] We are worried about potential scammers using this. Is it normal for his email to have this attachment even without a document to sign? How can we remove this from his email address?

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to raise a concern about the cancellation process. I had originally cancelled my subscription in March [redacted]. However, in May, I unexpectedly received a renewal reminder. I promptly reached out via email to the address [redacted], seeking clarification on why I was reminded to renew post-cancellation. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. On July 2nd, my account was charged for a renewal fee, despite having cancelled back in March. Once again, I emailed [redacted] with no reply. I then contacted [redacted] and was asked if I wanted to keep the subscription for free. Dissatisfied with the service, I requested a refund and reiterated my wish to cancel, similar to what I had done in March. I am yet to hear back from the team. I understand these are challenging times for businesses, but I kindly ask for your assistance in processing the refund as I had correctly cancelled in March, making the charge unjustified.

Recently, there was an update that changed the envelope sent from "Please DocuSign" to "Complete with DocuSign." I would like to request changing this back. Our CFO signs hundreds of documents, and now has to sort through emails that say "complete" vs. "completed," which are not as clear as before. She depends on me to save copies, so she deletes emails that say they are completed. Many people in our district sign numerous documents, and this change has confused them. The similarity in the headings on the emails from DocuSign is overwhelming. It was clearer when one needed to be signed and one was complete. When looking through the sent folder in DocuSign, it is also easier for me to differentiate between what's outstanding and what's complete when one is labeled "Please" and the other "Completed." Now, they all blend together. Thank you for your consideration.

I am currently unable to access my account as I no longer have access to the email address linked to it. The two-step verification code is being sent to my old Gmail account, which I can no longer retrieve. Could someone assist me in restoring access to my account? The email address I used to sign up is [redacted] I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. My old cell phone number on file is [redacted], but I have updated it to [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. - Ronald D Main Sr.

I successfully verified my identity for an international transaction, and it was accepted. We received a verification code, and I created my account. However, I did not receive a callback from DocuSign for further verification with a representative, which the French Notary mentioned as the final step. The Notary received the signed document but requested a second verification. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
