Hello, good afternoon. I placed an order on July 12th and received an email on July 17th stating that it had been shipped. However, as of August 8th, I have yet to receive it. I contacted the website where I made the purchase, and they advised me to check with the shipping company, which appears to be Dilevery. I have been trying to find their phone number without success. The only solution I see is to reach out through this message. I realized that I may have entered the wrong postal code, but the street and the location (a pharmacy) are correct. I would like to inquire about the status of my order or if I need to pick it up from somewhere. Thank you very much.

I provided the pickup reference AWM-[redacted][redacted] as mentioned. My package was picked up by your staff member on August 14, [redacted]. Despite giving the code and returning the item, my pickup status still shows as pending. The staff member mentioned it was a technical issue with the server and assured me it would be resolved. However, it has been 4 to 5 days, and the status remains unchanged. I have CCTV footage of the pickup. I kindly request urgent attention to this matter and a prompt update.

I have an urgent situation and need to leave the city a day earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I have been unable to change the delivery time for my order scheduled for the evening of 22-08-[redacted]. I attempted to update the preferences but the changes were not saved. Despite raising a pickup request, I have not received any response. I would appreciate it if my order could be delivered before 11pm today. If this is not feasible, I am willing to pick it up myself from a nearby Delhivery courier center.

I am concerned about the delay in receiving my package with AWB number #[redacted][redacted]. The expected delivery date was the 30th, and now it's already the 7th day. The tracking shows it's been in Lucknow for the past three days. I paid for faster delivery, intending for it to arrive before a birthday, but it hasn't. My parcel has yet to reach its destination despite requesting re-attempts twice. I have been unable to reach the delivery company as nobody picks up the phone. Even contacting Delhivery has not yielded any helpful responses. My parcel is at risk of being returned, and the delivery company is not taking any action. I even tried contacting the Thane Delhivery center multiple times, but they only answered once. With just two days left before my parcel is returned, I am worried about being charged unnecessarily. My order was shipped on 16.10.23 to Delhivery.com, but I haven't received any updates on the delivery date. Despite it showing "next day delivery" for 7 days, I have yet to receive the package. I tried contacting customer service through the online number, but no one responded. I have also sent multiple emails with no reply. My tracking ID is [redacted][redacted].
