On either May 15th or May 16th, I placed an order with Delphi in Los Angeles, CA. The total came to over $45. I received a call informing me that they no longer had the Yogurt drink I ordered, suggesting that I must have used an old menu. They asked if I wanted a substitution. When the food arrived, I was disappointed. The Spinach Pie was small and lacked fresh spinach, unlike what you would expect from a Greek restaurant. The Grape Leaves were tough, and the Chicken Sandwich lacked the usual Tzadziki sauce and onions. The Galatabureko was not what I ordered, resembling a spongy cake instead. I later found out I had actually ordered from Greek Pizza, not Delphi, which was misleading. I believe the quality did not match the price. I seek a fair refund or credit for my meal. A delivery driver from delivery.com made two deliveries on my block at [redacted] and [redacted] Saint Paul Street, Denver, CO. Unfortunately, during a U-turn in my driveway, they hit my light and damaged it around 2:00 pm. I contacted customer service and spoke with Irma and another representative, but the issue remains unresolved. I am frustrated by the lack of information available on their website and the behavior of drivers who multitask while driving. I insist that this situation be rectified promptly. It's crucial that the drivers take responsibility for their actions, as ultimately, they are hired and paid by someone. I want this matter fixed, as the reputation with the BBB and customer complaints is important.

Hello, I recently received my SlicePay card through Delhivery service, but unfortunately, the delivery agent named Deepak Kishan Chand from the Paprola office (H.P), [redacted], declined to deliver my parcel to my location. He mentioned that the company does not provide enough funds to deliver packages to my area. This has occurred multiple times where he has not delivered to my location citing insufficient payment. I have evidence of our conversation recorded and have also sent an email with a voice attachment as proof. I consistently have to retrieve my parcels from a location far from my address. Despite paying all my delivery charges online, I am disappointed that I do not receive home delivery. It is concerning that even after monthly payment to the agents, they do not fulfill their duties, leaving customers like me inconvenienced. I rely on your services for my Amazon orders, but the agent has never delivered to my address. This negligence raises questions about the convenience of online shopping if parcels are not delivered to the doorstep. The behavior of the agent, Deepak Kishan Chand, has caused me repeated inconvenience, and I request prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, my name is Deepthi. I work at Delhivery. A customer in Vellore received a product, but I did not place an order for it. On the invoice copy, my Glowroad shop name, order details, product details, and customer details are all the same, but the product is not from my shop. I contacted Glowroad, and they confirmed it's not their product. Could you please investigate this matter and assist me? I have the product invoice and details available. We have two more consignments of "Mr. Ghasi Ram Kalu Ram [redacted][redacted]" pending with you. Kindly send the two bags to our Mundka office before issuing the invoice. Additionally, during the lockdown, we sent 29 consignments through Delivery Services. Unfortunately, all the packets were returned to us, causing a significant loss as the goods were not delivered to the client within a month. This delay is critical as the products are perishable, and prolonged delivery times increase the risk of expiry. We did not receive any promised delivery dates or assurances from your end, adding to the frustration. The charges for returning the goods are substantial, and we are not satisfied with this situation. We request a refund of these deductions as they are not acceptable to us. We are hopeful for a positive response from you soon.

I recently purchased a yoga mat through Amazon using cash on delivery as the payment method. The delivery was supposed to be handled by Delhivery. Unfortunately, the delivery agent I encountered was rude and claimed he couldn't reach me the day before. When the agent contacted me today, I requested an online payment link. After making the payment, it initially showed as successful. However, moments later, Delhivery notified me that the payment had failed. I am now concerned about receiving the refund promptly since I also paid the delivery person in cash.

Hello Delivery.com, I recently experienced an issue with a missing product from Meesho. Meesho agreed to the return pickup of the item without conducting a Quality Check (QC). Initially, the service was a bit challenging as the pickup was scheduled but the personnel didn't come to my home, requesting me to bring the item to them instead, or they would cancel the pickup. During the return process, the pictures provided were rejected for not matching the content description. Subsequently, I was informed that if any money is deducted from Meesho's account, I am liable to refund the amount of [redacted] Rs/-. I have returned the product and have a clear opening video that I shared with Meesho. I am prepared to provide these pictures and videos if needed. I placed an order for the GEELEXO safety shoes with delivery code [redacted] and AWB [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was supposed to have a charge of 45 rupees. However, the experience with the Delhivery executive, who identified himself as Khalid but had a number displayed as [redacted] instead of his official one, was extremely negative. The executive, labeled as Ankit Rampur on Truecaller, exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior, using abusive language and refusing to provide the product. His attitude and conduct were unacceptable, leaving me very disappointed with the service. He acted as if he was superior, which was distressing. I urge Delhivery to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action. My address for delivery is near Pathaano Wali Masjid, Village Dhanori Tehsil, Swar, Distt Rampur (U.P.). Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am disappointed with the delivery service. The courier company is causing too much trouble for me. If I could choose the courier service myself, I would never choose Delhivery. Despite assurances, the delivery boy refused to come to my address, leaving my orders undelivered. They had promised no more issues, but unfortunately, the same problem persists. I need my orders to be delivered promptly. My tracking ids/AWB numbers are [redacted][redacted], [redacted][redacted], and more orders are on the way.

I ordered 3 sarees from Meshoo for Rs [redacted] with cash on delivery but the order wasn't shipped by Meshoo. I received the 3 sarees from delivery. Com, but they didn't provide their contact number. Meshoo claims they didn't ship the order, but the seller on delivery. Com is the same as mentioned on Meshoo's website as the returned pin code matches. Despite Meshoo canceling the return request, I suspect foul play. I need details of the seller who shipped my package as there seems to be a fraud and I need to return the products.

I have received two SMS messages regarding an attempted delivery for AWB number [redacted][redacted]. I declined to accept the delivery since the agent insisted on a physical handover instead of opting for a contactless delivery, which I had requested for safety reasons. I am greatly disappointed by the behavior of the Delhivery personnel during this pandemic. It's concerning that in the current situation, they would not accommodate a contactless delivery. This delay has also affected the receipt of my Debit Card. I urge ICICI to reconsider partnering with such an inefficient service provider and to ensure that proper Standard Operating Procedures are followed for deliveries. I am eager to receive my Debit Card promptly.

I sent a 9kg courier from Jaipur through your company, Delhivery. The delivery agent attempted to contact me on June 22, but I missed the calls. When I returned the call to the number provided, the agent informed me that he would deliver on June 23 as he was out of my area. Despite my repeated calls the next day, I was told the delivery boy would contact me. After contacting them on June 24, I was informed that my parcel was returned to Jaipur. This lack of responsibility is concerning and reflects poorly on your company's courier service. I urgently need the parcel, with tracking ID [redacted][redacted], delivered to my address in Modinagar, Ghaziabad.

Dear Sir, I am writing to address a concerning issue with the delivery of a parcel with AWB No: [redacted][redacted]. Initially promised for delivery on 06 July 21, it was rescheduled to 10 July 21. Unfortunately, on the day of delivery, I was informed that it would not be arriving, and later received a message indicating I had refused the parcel when this was not the case. After speaking with the distributor, I was assured it would be delivered on 11 July 21, but again faced disappointment as it did not arrive. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, including contacting the distributor and manager in Dinjan, I was met with unhelpful responses and even faced being blocked by the manager. As a government officer in the military, timely deliveries are crucial, especially given our unique locations. I kindly request urgent assistance in ensuring the prompt delivery of the parcel today, 11 July 21, and ask for heightened consideration for military personnel in future interactions with your staff. Firstly, I want to say that there is a lot of nepotism here. The managers and team leaders only promote their relatives and close ones. I have been working here for a year in the GC position. Despite being a graduate with an ongoing MBA, and having previous work experience at Delhivery, I am not being promoted, so I have no choice but to leave this job. I just want to request you to eliminate nepotism here and ask Manager Mr. Arvind Patel to pay more attention to the hub and understand the employees better. Thank you, sir.

I recently ordered an item that was shipped via Delhivery courier. Two days ago, the status showed "out for delivery." The courier tried to reach the receiver while they were driving, leading to a missed call. Upon returning the call, the courier promised delivery on Friday, which was yesterday. The receiver has been attempting to contact the courier, to no avail. As of now, the parcel has not reached its destination. Urgent delivery is requested for this package. I am incredibly frustrated with the service I have received. My package was picked up on the 3rd in Bangalore and it is still in Bangalore after 5 days, now being returned. I demand a refund of my courier charges and urge you to cease your services. The courier partner has not been responsive and has provided no updates. Despite my frustration, I remained respectful when speaking with the partner, yet my call was disconnected, and subsequent calls were ignored.

Regarding the recent issue with a pickup, I inquired the delivery person about the Zara pickup for jeans, but they mentioned a problem with the parcel. I tried contacting the office with no response, and I am unsure where the parcel was sent. I lack a tracking number and information if it was shipped to Zara or elsewhere.
