Subject: BP8080-ST Subwoofer Issue & SC6000 Sound Problem
Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with a problem I am experiencing. One of my BP8080-ST towers has become very noisy upon power up. It seems like the subwoofer is causing rumbling and clicking noises. I have attached a sound file for reference. Additionally, my SC6000 supercube, purchased a few years ago, stopped producing sound. Although the power is on, no audio is being emitted. I have been a loyal user of DefTech speakers since [redacted], and I am a retired 69-year-old who is quite adept at handling audio equipment. I would appreciate any advice or support you can offer regarding these issues.
