I need assistance with a recent return of a pair of ladies trousers. The item was incorrect and was supposed to be delivered to another company. I kindly request that you return the trousers to me so that I can send the correct item back to you. I will send the proper item once I receive the incorrect one as I require a refund for the transaction. My address is: 3 St Hubert Road Andover, Hants SP10 3QA Unfortunately, I do not have my account number as it was included with the wrong parcel. Thank you for your help.

Consignment number: EGJQA1S90ENBJMRM Order number: DUXO[redacted]8 Hello, I would like to address the issue with my daughter's delivery. The parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address by Ian Bruce, the delivery driver. He left a photo of the package in what appears to be a garage, even though my daughter lives in a ground floor flat without outdoor space. Despite us waiting at 22 Merlin Grove, Ian Bruce did not make the delivery. This mix-up has greatly upset my daughter, who has mental challenges. Please assist in locating her parcel and resolving this matter promptly.
