On Friday night, I downloaded the DealDash app and noticed that $78 was charged to my debit card without me making any purchases. I provided my card details without being informed of this charge. I believed I would only be charged when I made a purchase. Could I please request a refund of the $78? I am currently unemployed, so this money would be greatly appreciated at this time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Last night, I downloaded DealDash, excited to start playing with [redacted] bids. However, I have nearly lost them all without winning anything. I am beginning to think it's a scam. I'm looking for advice on how to get a refund since I have been locked out of the app. I placed some bids on a game system, but I can't access them in the app. This has been a disappointing first experience with the app, and I just want my money back. I have not been able to speak with anyone about this issue, and my items are just sitting there.

While watching TV on December 18, [redacted], I saw a commercial for Deal Dash and decided to check it out on my phone. I accidentally bought [redacted] bids because I was unsure how to navigate the site, and the prompt asked for my credit card details. I believed I needed to input them to continue browsing. My order number is A[redacted]6, and I would appreciate it if you could facilitate a refund to my credit card. If processing the refund isn't possible through your platform, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Thank you, Susan O.

I contacted DealDash.com as I wasn't aware they charged me upon signing up. They assured me I would receive a refund in about three days, but I haven't seen it yet. I was under the impression it was free to join, so I just want my $33 refunded since the charges were unexpected. Kindly assist with processing my refund. Thank you for your help.
