Dazadi.com Customer Service Issues

I bought an XB bike in November and I'm pleased with how easy and quiet it is to use. During my rehab, I've been using it to strengthen my legs and for a mild cardio workout. However, the recumbent seat back position doesn't provide enough back support for me. I made a modification to allow for better seat back adjustment by drilling a hole and adding a threaded adjustment (see photo). It seems Dazadi has gone out of business and left me unpaid for $[redacted].00 for pool table delivery and installation services. I submitted the required sign-off sheet to them in February as requested, but still have not received payment. Is there a way to recover my funds from this situation? It is frustrating that Amazon, who listed the pool table as including delivery and set up, will not assist in compensating us. Selling products from an unreliable company seems unfair, especially when it results in contractors like me being left unpaid for services rendered.
