I am extremely disappointed with my first order from your company. Upon receiving the cookies, I found that all of them were broken in the tin box. While the brownies were intact, the frozen cookies were a mess. A delivery person in a car brought the packages, and unfortunately, the first layer of frozen cookie dough was completely thawed. I had to discard them. I have never seen UPS deliver from a car before, and the fact that the packages were warm because they were left on the front seat is unacceptable. The dry ice was placed at the bottom, so the bottom layer of frozen cookies was fine, but the top layer was warm. I kindly request a refund to my original payment method as I now need to purchase replacements for my party tonight. In the future, please ensure better packaging. The Styrofoam cooler might have sufficed if it hadn't been in a warm vehicle. I look forward to your response.
