If not, kindly state so without requesting further details as I no longer require the device or a refund. Thank you. Hello Team, I am experiencing frequent disconnects and poor network service with the WiFi every minute. Despite paying for [redacted] Mbps, I am only receiving a frustratingly slow 2Mbps speed. I have tried reaching out to the local team, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response and have spent a week following up with them. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly, so I am bringing it to your attention here. Thank you.
