Dairy Queen Customer Service Issues

I want to share my recent experience at the Dairy Queen in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. Although the food and service were satisfactory, I was disappointed to see the exterior of the restaurant in such a poor state. It seems like the food stains on the siding and below the service window have been there for more than a year. The overall cleanliness of the exterior was lacking, with dirt buildup and unwashed windows. I brought this to the manager's attention, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. This level of neglect is not in line with what I have come to expect from Dairy Queen establishments. I hope the management takes steps to improve the restaurant's appearance in the future. I am concerned that my niece was the only young woman working with a group of young men engaging in sexually explicit conversations for a significant amount of time. This behavior, along with the manager participating and encouraging it, is highly inappropriate and disrespectful. Both my family and I find this conduct unacceptable. This took place at West Union Dairy Queen.

I am addressing the supervisor at the Natchez, MS store who accused me of lying when I mentioned to the cashier the incorrect price in the ad in the Friday, Oct 27, [redacted] obituary section. The ad stated that blizzards were priced at .85, but we were charged $3.00. It was inappropriate and unprofessional to label a customer as a liar, even if the ad was not supposed to be published. This incident took place between 12 pm and 1 pm on Friday, 10/27/[redacted].
