I recently received a Samsung Chromebook from Daily Sale that turned out to be used, with visible wear on the bottom. On Saturday, September 7th, I purchased an Italian solid sterling silver infinity cross lariat necklace for $14.00 from your online store. I received an email thanking me for my purchase but didn't get a tracking number or shipping date. I noticed the money was withdrawn from my account on 9/10/19, so hopefully, the item is on the way. I purchased several items, and while I received the iPad and other products, my Galaxy S8 64 GB phone was missing. After noticing the packaging slip with the circled skew and "To Follow" written on it, I opened a ticket on 9-22-19 and uploaded a photo of the slip. However, as of now, the ticket remains open without any action or communication from the support team, and I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered.

I bought a phone that didn't accept the sim card. After contacting you, I was advised to return it for a refund, which I did, waiting for weeks without a phone. This is my third email to address my concerns about order #[redacted]38 placed on August 12, [redacted]. I was informed by the Woburn, Ma post office that the order was returned due to an incomplete address. DHL confirmed on August 6, [redacted], at 12:57 pm, that the package was sent back to you. The order was for two apple wireless earbuds (one pink and one white) for which I paid $36. It has been three months since then, and I am still waiting for the package. I need urgent assistance as this lack of response and undelivered package are unacceptable.

I purchased an Apple iPad 32GB from Daily Sale. After receiving it, I plugged it in to charge. However, it charged very slowly, reaching only 16% at most. Even when left charging for weeks, the battery eventually decreased to 0%.
Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt, preventing me from reaching out to customer service. Upon emailing your team about the issue, I was informed that it was too late to address and my $[redacted].00 was essentially wasted.
I find it hard to believe that neither your company nor Apple can facilitate an exchange, considering the battery issues from the very beginning.

I recently received a package during our busy watermelon harvest and only had time to open it a few days ago. I was disappointed to find that the Apple iPad 4 with Retina Display ([redacted]-16GB) only worked when within one foot of the WiFi box. Additionally, the [redacted]-light blue touch pen stylus didn't work well with my iPad and iPhone. I would like a full refund for both items. My father, who isn't tech-savvy, purchased an iPad from dailysale.com. When it arrived, the screen and back were not properly attached. I advised him to return it for a refund. I purchased the Lenovo N23 laptop seeking its versatility with a [redacted]-degree hinge for laptop and tablet modes, an 11.6-inch touch screen, and an Intel dual-core processor with Windows 10 OS. Unfortunately, I received a Lenovo N22 laptop with Chrome OS, which does not meet my needs as I already own a Lenovo Tablet and an HP Chromebook. I was impressed by your company's reviews regarding refurbished laptops but require Windows 10 compatibility. I recently purchased an 8Pack Multicolor Portable Mini Refillable Perfume Atomizer (SKU11273) for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the product arrived without any instructions on how to open them to add perfume. The bottom of the atomizer has a small stopper that seems impossible to remove.
