I am extremely frustrated that my delivery was not made as expected by DPD. Despite waiting at home, the package was taken to the post office, which inconveniences me due to my chronic pain, making it difficult to visit the post office. I strongly believe that no one from DPD attempted the delivery as claimed, as we have security cameras and a doorbell monitoring our house. This experience was a waste of time and money, and I feel let down by the poor service provided. I seek urgent resolution and expect to receive my parcel promptly. My reference number is [redacted][redacted]. This incident has left me dissatisfied, and I am compelled to share a negative review of DPD's service that I have experienced.

Yesterday, I found a card with a tracking number left at my door. I checked online, and it indicated that my parcel would be delivered today. However, I stayed home all day, and a different delivery person mistakenly delivered my package to another address. They provided the surname of the recipient, but no address was given for me to collect it. The recipient who got my package has not reached out to me.

I was outside smoking when the delivery driver Oswald couldn't make the delivery, even though the door was open. Oswald didn't bother to send a text or give a call. This replacement iPhone cost me $[redacted] after mine was stolen. I waited for it, but the driver didn't make any effort to communicate. I suspect he never showed up, just like how you messed up the phone I was expecting. My order number is [redacted]1, and I need it today with a normal delivery, not the vague time slot you gave me. Your driver or manager needs to come by 2pm as I rearranged my schedule, missing my yoga class. This is a legal matter that I will pursue if it's not resolved promptly. I insist on receiving the package today and hold you fully responsible for the mishap. You can reach me at [redacted]3, and I expect Oswald to deliver it today. I will also be contacting NatWest and BrightWrite Insurance about this issue. Unlike Amazon or Royal Mail, your service has been a disappointment. Please deliver my parcel today or first thing tomorrow morning.

I missed the DPD Carlisle delivery of my parcel at 96 Watermans Walk, Carlisle, CA1 3TU. It contains three Hasbro mini board games from Ribena that I won in a competition. I was unaware of the delivery date and now it's held at the DPD depot in Kingstown, Kingmoor, Carlisle, Cumbria. Unfortunately, the depot no longer permits parcel collection, and contacting a human representative has been challenging as only an automated voice is available. The frustration of not being able to retrieve my competition prize persists. I have attempted to track the parcel using calling card number [redacted]5 on the DPD website and automated phone system, but it only indicates the parcel is on its way back without further information.

I have a package on its way from the UK to Canada. The original delivery estimate was 22 August, but it has been updated to 31 August. I am currently in Canada visiting and will be heading back to my permanent address on 24 August. Is there any possibility to redirect the delivery to my permanent address? I provided a hotel address for delivery, but once I leave, they won't have my information in their system to receive the parcel.

I received a non-delivery note yesterday in my letterbox promising delivery today in the late morning. Despite being at home all day and listening for the doorbell, no one knocked or rang. Later, I discovered another note stuck in the gate railings. I attempted to call various DPD phone numbers, but some were invalid and others just directed me to their website. I'm dissatisfied with this service and frustrated that I am unable to reach a customer service representative. The card number left today was [redacted]0. - Sister RT

I am inquiring about my undelivered package. The delivery driver took a photo of my door from afar and drove away without attempting to deliver my package. Despite receiving a delivery time frame, the package was not delivered as promised. The tracking information falsely states that I was unavailable for collection. A DPD parcel was collected on August 23, [redacted], 14 days ago. It was scheduled for delivery today between 8:00 and 10:30 but has not arrived. The lack of communication from DPD is concerning. The tracking now shows the delivery address has changed without notifying the owner. It is frustrating and unacceptable that these conditions were not agreed upon when the parcel was collected. The absence of a phone number to speak to a real person at DPD customer service adds to the dissatisfaction.

I was expecting a delivery today between 4:01 PM and 5:01 PM. My wife and I were both home starting from 2 PM. We received a message saying the driver would be late, and shortly after, we got another message saying we were not in, which is not true. We have been home the whole time during the delivery window. Our doorbell works, so I believe the driver did not attempt to deliver. Unable to find a customer service number to call for immediate assistance, I am reaching out here. Please deliver my package as promised today. I will be home all evening.

I am disappointed to report that I received a text notification today at 1:25 p.m. stating that the scheduled pick-up of my parcel was unsuccessful due to our unavailability. However, this information is inaccurate. My household was ready and waiting next to the front door with the package, but no attempt to collect it was made. En la aplicación indicaba que el transportista recogió el paquete el 5/9/23 y el 11/9/23 se mostraba entregado en la tienda LANAS ADRIANA ARTAJONA 43 en Madrid, [redacted]. Recibí notificaciones de Wallapop y por correo electrónico. Desde el 12 hasta hoy hemos visitado la tienda preguntando por mi pedido, pero nos informan que no han recibido ningún paquete a mi nombre. I was expecting a delivery today from the Southall depot between 13:06 and 14:06 by a driver named Matthew. However, Matthew went to the wrong building, took a picture of a random door, and didn't deliver my package. I contacted customer support twice, but the second representative only offered to upgrade the delivery for tomorrow. Subsequently, I received a text at 16:31 stating the delivery will now be tomorrow. Despite calling customer support again, the representative was not able to offer a solution.

I ordered a Shark vacuum cleaner for my 99-year-old father-in-law in Hetton le Hole, Co. Durham. Despite living in an elderly supported living complex, I expected a smooth delivery. Unfortunately, there have been multiple issues with DPD. After receiving conflicting delivery notices, the final email stated a delay until Monday. Surprisingly, a different delivery man attempted to deliver on Sunday and claimed they missed us, which seems untrue. Now, the parcel will be left at a pick-up point far away. My father-in-law, unable to pick it up, has been inconvenienced, causing frustration. Living [redacted] miles away, this was supposed to be a simple solution but has turned into a nightmare. We are left without the vacuum cleaner, awaiting a resolution that will take weeks. The main concern remains the elderly man being mistreated and inconvenienced due to DPD's incompetence.

I missed the delivery from VioVet twice. The first time, I provided a safe location for DPD, but they ignored it. When I asked for another delivery, I gave them specific location instructions and left a note on the gate. Unfortunately, the parcel still wasn't delivered. They showed a picture of a driveway that wasn't mine, which is frustrating since my postcode only includes my property. I'm upset that I haven't been able to reach anyone to fix this. I've now arranged for the parcel to be held at the closest post office, but I'm worried if they can handle it properly.

I am frustrated with the poor service from DPD and have reported it to Amazon. Today, I waited all day for my parcel with Tracking ID [redacted]. Despite Amazon claiming a delivery attempt at 2:29 PM, followed by another at 3:29 PM, no one from DPD showed up. I even had a successful delivery from Hermes at 2:27 PM. I tried calling DPD's customer service in Birmingham, but it was unhelpful. I rely on Prime delivery and have been waiting for this urgent parcel for 3 days now. Hopefully, this improves when Amazon switches to a different courier. I have rescheduled delivery for tomorrow and will be home all day. Hello everyone, I shipped a package from Luxembourg to Belgium that has not been delivered. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to DPD, they have not returned my calls or provided updates on my parcel's location. It has been challenging to speak with a DPD representative as the tracking information shows conflicting details about my parcel's status. While the tracking indicates it's still being delivered, automated emails claim that the parcel is lost. The lack of personalized assistance and poor service experience have been very disappointing. Dear all, I recently mailed a package from Luxembourg to Belgium that has yet to be delivered. I have had repeated issues with DPD deliveries to Tenerife. The items I order never reach me and end up being returned without a clear explanation. I always ensure all necessary details for customs are provided. Oddly, this does not happen with other courier services. Currently, I am trying to locate a package from a Ukrainian woodworker containing two hand-carved shelves with reference number [redacted]5. I faced a delivery issue this morning. I had a scheduled time slot but the DPD driver did not stop at my building, 1 London Rd. After contacting DPD, they claimed the driver had stopped and taken a photo of a blue door at Tower Court. Even though we arranged for redelivery tomorrow, we do not have a blue door. There is another block of flats near us labeled 'One London Rd.' DPD frequently visits 1 London Rd and parks on Stubs Gate next to our apartments. I hope to receive my parcel tomorrow with better communication from the driver. Wendy Bold
