I am experiencing issues with my new Modem and Router setup. After replacing my Modem from Spectrum with a PC15 EU2215, H/W Version 2.76.2, connected to a D-Link AC1200 DIR-[redacted] Router, I am facing difficulties accessing the Internet. The network shows up and is available, but I cannot connect wirelessly or through my desktop. The Modem is connected to different devices via a switch. The Modem and Router lights indicate power and online status but the internet light is off. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue to enable wireless internet access.
