My weekly Free Fire subscription at $1.99 per week expired on February 21. Recently, an unauthorized minor made multiple in-app purchases without my knowledge. There were 16 transactions between January 26 and January 30, 61 transactions on February 27, and 23 transactions on March 16. The purchases ranged from $53.30 to $74.61. I have already lodged a claim with Apple regarding these unauthorized transactions spanning from January 26 to March 16. Since the unusual purchases were made on your app by a minor without authorization, I kindly request assistance in canceling these payments and obtaining a refund for some of the amount. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated, as this matter is urgent and has drained my checking account.

A friend asked for my FF account to play, but then changed the login information. Now, my account got hacked. Even though I didn't use any hacks, my friend did and is now demanding money from me. I am a long-time customer of Bindu game. I often win in the game, but recently I experienced a loss when the game in Lar Chicken hung and turned around. After winning the game, it is declared that I lost due to hacking seconds later. I have faced a loss of 25,[redacted] so far. You can check on the 10th and 11th for proof and review statement on the 12th to see how many times this has happened to me and how many times I have complained. Not a single penny has been refunded to me yet. While playing with stakes of 4-5, at least 40,[redacted] has gone from my side. Kindly transfer this amount to my account as well.
