Hello, I received a message from Curry stating a delivery time, but it never arrived. I waited all day and had to take time off work. The late notification was very disappointing as I had plans. When I called, they mentioned the delivery team's schedule ended. I am upset with the lack of communication. I now have to reschedule my plans and incur charges. I feel I deserve better service. I encountered an issue with my delivery and spent 41 minutes on hold. After speaking with a lady from the repair center, she redirected me to Curry's, but I've been struggling to reach their customer service department. There were three main issues with my recent order, Order No. CUR[redacted]. Firstly, the delivery driver was rude and refused to unpack the fridge or remove the packaging. Then, our builders noticed damage to the side of the fridge door when they unpacked it. Additionally, despite paying a £40 delivery charge for a scheduled delivery between 9 am and 1 pm, the delivery arrived late at 2:20 pm. The overall service was unsatisfactory. I seek guidance on the next steps as I cannot endure another lengthy phone wait only to be informed about the appliance code and directed back to Curry's.

Yesterday, my new Beko B3W5942IW washing machine was installed. The technician worked quickly but did not demonstrate how to operate the machine. While setting it up, a bottom panel cover got stuck inside, and I was left to figure out how to remove it on my own. The technician rushed through the process and did not provide clear instructions on what to do next or which program to use. I paid £65 for installation and removal of the old items but felt that more guidance was warranted. Additionally, during the removal process, he nearly damaged my new lino due to the haste. I am unsure if someone will return to address the issue with the bottom panel cover.

My dishwasher, covered by a repair contract with Currys, has broken down, but they have not repaired or replaced it despite multiple complaints. The Grantham store claims my email system is too outdated, but it works fine with other users. I find it unreasonable for Currys to expect me to purchase a new dishwasher when the current one is under a valid repair contract. Their customer service only seems to cater to newer telephone systems. The engineers they sent confirmed that the dishwasher needs replacing. Currys insists that my standard BT telephone system doesn't meet their requirements and won't connect to their store phones. This issue needs attention and resolution.

I purchased a new Philips TV online in November [redacted]. On November 7, [redacted], the sound stopped working. I contacted Curry’s for repair, which was scheduled for collection on November 14. Despite waiting all day, the TV wasn't collected. After multiple calls, the TV was finally picked up on November 16 from my new address.
Since then, I have received messages of repair completion and re-delivery three times. I have called twice, but the TV has not been re-delivered. I was informed that the Bowers and Wilkins sound bar was replaced and repair attempts on the TV are ongoing.
Being without the TV during the World Cup has been incredibly frustrating. It has been almost a month since the TV was taken for repair, and I am unsure when it will be fixed and returned. I request a resolution to this situation as it has been lingering for too long.

I received a TV delivery on December 12th with the order reference number [redacted]. After realizing the 75-inch TV I ordered was too big for my room, I informed the delivery driver to cancel the order, and he confirmed. However, I have not received any information regarding the refund process. I recently bought a new washing machine from Curry's. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the installation service provided. The engineer installed the machine incorrectly, causing damage to my floor. I had to hire a plumber to reinstall it properly. It's frustrating because I've used Curry's services at the same property before without any issues. The engineer said he would document the floor damage and that someone from Curry's would follow up, but it's been over a month, and I haven't heard anything yet. It's disappointing to face this level of service after being a loyal customer.

I ordered the PS5 bundle which included the PS5 headset. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the headset was missing. I contacted customer service and was informed that the headset would be delivered the same day, but it never arrived. It's now well past Christmas, and I still haven't received the headset. Could you please resend the headset as it seems to have been lost in transit? Interestingly, a friend's mom ordered the same bundle a few days after I did and has already received both the PS5 and the headset. I would appreciate it if someone could follow up on this matter. I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with your installation staff while they attempted to set up my new fridge. Their demeanor was disrespectful, and I felt they did not approach the situation professionally.
Upon arrival, it was evident that they were not keen on performing the installation. They did not take the time to assess the job properly before inconveniencing us by asking to clear out the old fridge and prepare the area. Eventually, they mentioned they could not proceed due to difficulty with the plumbing access, although this was not discussed during the purchase. The refusal to explain the installation requirements and the lack of cooperation was frustrating.
Despite my attempt to find a resolution, they removed the fridge without discussion and left abruptly. Their unhelpful behavior and dismissive attitude were unacceptable. I believe they require further training in customer service.
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me urgently to address this issue as we are now without a working fridge. Rest assured, I will not welcome these individuals back to my property.

I placed an order for a washing machine on Black Friday using purchase reference CUR[redacted]. We expected delivery on December 5th, but no one showed up. After numerous phone calls, we finally rescheduled for today, January 2nd. However, I just discovered that the delivery has been rescheduled without our consent to January 13th. This is unacceptable as we need the washing machine before we move. The lack of communication and consideration for our availability is disappointing. Despite our attempts to change the delivery date on the website, we have been unsuccessful. We can only receive deliveries on weekends or evenings during the week due to our work schedules. We have already taken time off work for this delivery, costing us money. Please address this issue promptly as we are extremely dissatisfied and will not be making future purchases or recommending your service due to this poor customer experience.

I am reaching out to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during the purchase of a new Dell PC at your Curry's Andover store. While the PC itself is satisfactory, I paid for setup and data transfer from my old PC. I provided all necessary passwords and delivered my old PC to the store. The initial promise was that I would be up and running as soon as I plugged in the new PC at home, with guidance provided at the store.
After waiting five days with no updates, I returned to the store only to find confusion about the whereabouts of my PC. Eventually, I left with both PCs but without any guidance or demo, only a memory stick with my old data. Setting up the new PC at home, I discovered that my account was not loaded as expected, McAfee security was still installed despite my request for Norton, and several applications were missing.
Struggling to configure everything myself, I am left wondering about the value of the service I paid for. Despite the great Dell PC, Curry's service was disappointing. I have managed to set up most things on my own now, but this experience was a costly lesson.

I am experiencing difficulties obtaining an update on my Toshiba 32-inch TV repair status. I initially dropped off the TV at the Torquay store for warranty service on Thursday, February 2, [redacted]. Despite receiving various conflicting text messages regarding collection and repair status, the information provided does not align, causing confusion. After speaking with customer service representatives, there seemed to be uncertainty about the location and condition of the TV. Following an email from Currys regarding a £[redacted].84 gift card they sent me, I initially received the email with the card. However, upon revisiting my inbox, I noticed it was no longer there. I apologize for bringing this matter to your attention, but I would like to request that Currys cancel the missing gift card and issue a new one for the same amount. Alternatively, they could resend the email with the gift card details. It's worth noting that two gift cards were involved, one for £76.56 and the missing one for £[redacted].84, both from British Gas. I still have the email for the £76.56 gift card. I would greatly appreciate it if they could resend the £[redacted].84 gift card.

I bought a Microwave from Curry’s Online on 10th April [redacted] along with a 3-year care plan. Recently, it started flashing and smelling of burning components. I contacted customer service to arrange for an instant replacement as per my sales receipt, but due to my disability, I cannot return it to a store. Customer service mentioned they could arrange a collection, but no date was provided. They couldn't process a new order for me either. It seems like a lengthy process. I will have to wait for a collection date, return the item, get a credit, and then reorder a new microwave and care plan. I understand there might be a price difference for a replacement, but I'm willing to pay it. I'm just looking to get a new microwave promptly. I purchased a computer mouse. Initially, on February 10, I did not receive any confirmation or email regarding the order. Assuming the payment did not go through, I placed a new order on February 14 with reference CUR[redacted]. I successfully received the mouse without issues. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I realized I was charged twice, on the 10th and 14th, using the same card. The payment from the 10th seems to have not been processed, so I am requesting a refund of £11.99 for that transaction. Thank you.

I recently bought a washer/dryer last Thursday with the order number CUR[redacted]. After the delivery on Saturday, I used it following the instructions provided. Unfortunately, during a wash/dry cycle with a small load, my jacket got a hole melted in it. Concerned about the safety of the product, I contacted customer service. I'm very disappointed with the service regarding my faulty fridge freezer. It has been 8 days since I reported the issue, and I am still waiting for the item to be picked up and a replacement to be delivered. As a disabled individual battling a brain tumor, communication is already challenging for me. I had to make multiple attempts to reach out and was even hung up on during a call today. I haven't received any updates on the replacement process either. I expect a refund of £60 for the spoiled food, as well as compensation for the lack of customer care during these 8 days without a working fridge. I had requested a phone call instead of webchat due to my health condition, but unfortunately, my needs were not accommodated.

I purchased a tumble dryer from Curry's last October. I sought help in-store on April 24th for a technician to check the issue. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist me at that time. I returned on April 26th, but the staff seemed to ignore me. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of customer service. The store in Haverfordwest was not busy, and the staff appeared unhelpful. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.
