I purchased a kettle and toaster from Currys on November 30, [redacted]. I have not received the items and have tried multiple times to contact them via email and phone to request a refund. So far, I have had no luck reaching a human representative. I simply want the refund for the amount of £39.98 they charged me, which is a substantial sum for a pensioner like me. Due to COVID restrictions, I am unable to go out much, and I would be grateful for any assistance or advice on how to resolve this issue.

I ordered Apple wireless buds online and paid in full for in-store pickup at the Deepdale store in Preston, Lancashire, for Friday after 5 pm. I visited on Saturday morning with my details, but unfortunately, the Apple buds were not available at the store. They mentioned they would call me later that day, but I did not receive any calls. I also received an email thanking me for my purchase and requesting feedback on the service, as if I had already received my buds. My reference number is CUR[redacted]. I purchased a small black countertop freezer from Currys (order number CUR[redacted]) and picked it up on December 19, [redacted]. Today, upon opening the box, I discovered a sharp dent on the top that has chipped the black paint, revealing the silver metal underneath. Additionally, there is a substantial (6-8") hairline scratch on the right panel and additional scuffs on the top. I am eager to have the freezer replaced, but I cannot reach anyone for assistance. The website's webchat feature is non-functional, leading to my frustration. I have taken photos of the damaged freezer and have refrained from plugging it in. I had intended to install it today. As visiting the store is inconvenient due to lockdown restrictions and limited stock availability, I am uncertain how to proceed. I also reside in a tiny flat and do not wish to have a faulty freezer taking up space in my hallway. I am unsure what steps to take and would appreciate prompt contact for a resolution.

I placed an order for a JBL Flip speaker on December 5th with order number EBY [redacted]. However, I have not received it yet. According to tracking number PZ[redacted]84GB, it shows that the item has been delivered to Newark delivery office. I reside in East London and suspect that my missing door number may have caused the issue. It seems like the package may have been returned to the Currys depot. I recently bought a new LG OLED48CX6LB TV at your Pontypridd store. Along with the TV, we purchased the Team Know How installation package for £45. Our first scheduled delivery and installation appointment on November 26, [redacted], turned out to be a disaster as the Team Know How team was unable to install the TV properly due to lack of experience. We then rescheduled for November 30, and although the TV was eventually installed, it did not meet our expectations. We had to hire a local installer for £70 to do the job correctly. We are dissatisfied with the substandard service provided and are requesting a refund of the £45 installation fee, as the service was not effectively executed.

For weeks now, I have struggled to access my account to make purchases. Despite confirming my email for password resets, each attempt to log in fails. Even after resetting the password successfully, the login issue persists. Contacting customer service through letter to the Sheffield office has yielded no response. The video webchat assistance experience is extremely frustrating, with long wait times and abrupt disconnections by agents. Seeking help online reveals numerous others facing similar problems on the Currys website. Frustrated by the lack of support, I have decided to take my £2,[redacted] order for a Samsung QLED TV elsewhere, to a company that values customer care. This experience has led me to the decision to not shop with Currys again.

Hello, I placed an order with the order number CUR[redacted] for a SAMSUNG - Galaxy Tab A 10.1" Tablet ([redacted]) - 32 GB, Silver, with the requested delivery before 10 December. However, I was informed that the product is out of stock or lost in transit causing a delay. I contacted the helpline, and after being advised to purchase a new tablet, my initial order was canceled, and a refund was promised. Following the advice given, I made a new purchase from PC Curry World with the order number CUR[redacted]. Despite this, I received an email indicating that the previous order is still being processed for delivery. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, I was unable to do so and redirected the delivery to my friend's address at G314QD 25 Springbank Gardens while I am not at home. I have requested return and collection from my friend's address multiple times without success. My most recent return request reference number is [redacted]6. I transferred 42 MP4 videos from my [redacted] iMac to a Cruzer Glide flash drive. However, when I try to view them on a TV or Tablet, I see 84 videos but only the last 42 are visible. The initial 42 are marked as unsupported and show a red circle when clicked on. These videos were originally recorded on a Canon Camcorder and converted to MP4 using Wondershare due to format differences. While it's not a major issue, I'm curious as to why this is happening.

I received the incorrect product (as shown in the attached photo), although it is the same brand, it's a different chair. My original order number is CUR[redacted]. I reported the issue on October 1st, and they replied on November 12th stating an investigation was ongoing. I responded that I hadn't returned the item as they suggested, but I haven't heard back since. The email from Currys indicated they were requesting a refund from the supplier for the wrong item. They advised contacting customer service at 0[redacted] with reference number CC[redacted] for a quicker resolution.

I've been trying to purchase a Sony Sound Bar HT150SF, as advertised on my laptop, but no supplier seems to have it or provide a future purchase date. I filled out a return request form (#[redacted]2) on the 27th for a package that was delivered on the 15th (I have the Royal Mail delivery confirmation email), but I haven’t received any acknowledgment of the request. I tried submitting it online again today and encountered the same issue (ref #[redacted]2). I had my washing machine installed by Currys. Today while I was redoing my living room floor, I discovered a leak behind the washing machine that wasn't there before the installation. I recently purchased a dishwasher online along with the Remove/Recycle and Installation service. When the delivery man declined to remove the old dishwasher, I refused the delivery and requested the order to be canceled on 20/12/[redacted]. However, I only received a refund of £20 instead of the total amount of £[redacted].99 on 22/12/[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. I also filled out an online cancellation form.

I purchased a dishwasher right before Christmas and paid for delivery, installation, and recycling services. However, on the delivery day, the installation team informed me that they couldn't install it because the Y shape fitting needed to be brass or metal according to Curry's policy. Speaking to a plumber at B&Q, I learned that Y shape fittings are only made in plastic now, which is what I have on my old dishwasher. Consequently, I'm stuck with a new dishwasher sitting in my kitchen and the old one not recycled. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, including being abruptly disconnected by a representative, I'm frustrated. I emailed a bus admin address at Dixon's Carphone after speaking to several agents last night. The last agent provided me with this email contact, but I have not received a response yet. I have been unable to talk to anyone online today due to the lack of response to my email. I had booked and paid for delivery and installation on Saturday, January 2nd. On December 19, [redacted], a staff member at the Cwmbran Store helped me order a Chest Freezer online at the Bristol Store for £[redacted].99. They assured me I would receive all details via email as they didn't provide receipts in-store. Unfortunately, I didn't get the email and after following up with Cwmbran Store, they were unable to assist initially, but later collected more information promising to pass it along. When I received no further communication, I had to purchase a freezer elsewhere. Checking my bank statement recently, I noticed Currys Hemel Hempstead had charged me £[redacted].99. After contacting customer service, I was informed the payment was still pending due to an incorrect email address entry. They advised me to return to Cwmbran Store to request cancellation. However, Cwmbran Store insisted that since the order was placed online in-store, I needed to cancel it online and request a refund. This situation has caused me inconvenience and confusion. My partner purchased a Nokia 1.3 shortly before Christmas and unfortunately, we have encountered numerous issues with it.
