I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service I received at the Cummins location in Greensboro, North Carolina. After experiencing issues with the Cummins Onan [redacted] generator in my A class motorhome, I brought it in for service on December 27, [redacted].
The staff at Cummins, particularly Service Supervisor Cory Willett and Branch Manager Mike Zelyez, went above and beyond to assist me and my mother. They provided regular updates, explained the problems clearly, and ensured our comfort throughout the process. Mike Zelyez even personally ensured we had lunch and provided us with a new blanket when we were cold. Such outstanding customer service is truly rare and greatly appreciated.
Having owned multiple RVs powered by Cummins generators, this experience reassures me that I am dealing with a company that values customer satisfaction. I want to thank Mike and his team for their dedication to excellence in customer service.

Having issues with my Cummins Onan generator model 50DGCA62392J serial number [redacted] and specification 62392J. The starter problem began a couple of months back, as it will not start and doesn't engage the starter relay. I have already replaced the relay and control board [redacted], which seemed to work for a few weeks, but now it won't start intermittently. I recently ordered a new starter, only to realize it's 24v on the nameplate while my generator only has one battery, which is 12v. It's perplexing how it has been running like this for so long. I am considering getting a 12v starter or changing the control board and start relay to 24v. Any advice on this issue with my Verizon generator would be greatly appreciated.

I have an Onan Generator in my Stryker camper with 64 hours of use. While camping this past weekend, the generator was initially working fine but on the second day, it refused to start and only cranked. The display was showing a code 3 error. Consulted the manual, which suggested pressing the start button briefly after the initial error to reveal another code, but I'm no longer getting any codes and the generator just continues to crank without starting. The engine cranking light does come on during cranking but then goes out and remains off. The model number is 4KY-6747R. I contacted the local Camping World, where I purchased it from an out-of-state location, but they are unable to look at it until the end of the month. I have plans to go camping again next week and need the generator fixed before then.

We recently bought a [redacted] Fuzion toy hauler with one of your gasoline generators. An electrical issue arose where the GFCI outlets weren't working, and the GFCI outlet itself wouldn't reset. A mobile RV repair technician suggested trying generator power instead of shore power to reset it. However, when attempting to reset the outlet, it shut off the generator as if acting as a kill switch. Upon inspecting the In-Command panel when taking the RV in for repair, I saw the generator had over [redacted] hours logged, though I've used it for less than an hour to test before trips. I hope the dealer can address this along with other warranty repairs needed. How could the generator show so many hours when it's barely been used?

I recently purchased a [redacted] Tiffin Motorhome with an Onan [redacted], 8 HDKAK 1046T generator. However, the inverter is malfunctioning, causing the output voltage to be too high at [redacted]-[redacted] volts instead of the correct range of [redacted]-[redacted] volts. After consulting with a Cummins technician at a local Cummins truck shop, it was confirmed that the generator needs a new inverter, part number [redacted]-02. Despite Cummins Sales and Service claiming there are no parts available in North America, Onan is still shipping out new units instead of addressing the defective ones. Tiffin Motorhomes attempted to replace the unit but currently does not have one available. I am disappointed with Onan's lack of assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
