In late April, I contacted customer service regarding a leaky water bottle issue in my order. It caused a white ring on my wooden foyer floor. The customer representative I spoke with was unhelpful and did not offer compensation for the damage. Despite my efforts, the stain remains. I was worried about the water's quality and didn't use it. I experienced frustration with the customer service agent, eventually dropping the claim. I switched to Crystal Springs after being with Zephyrhills for over twenty years. To my dismay, a replacement bottle was delivered, charging me $6.00 without adjusting for the returned bottle. My total bill increased from $51.14 to $75.82, including an early morning delivery that disturbed my peace. I am contemplating reverting to Zephyrhills and have reached out to corporate as well. I believe I should not have been charged for the replacement bottle or delivery, but rather compensated for my floor damage. Thank you.

For the past 2 months, I have been attempting to receive our water delivery. Each week, I am assured it will arrive the next day, but it never does. Recently, I was informed they would no longer attempt delivery before the scheduled date, which was then cancelled. When I contacted customer service, Dave assisted me. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide a local phone number and only communicated via email. Despite his efforts, he mentioned that no other emails were sent. I found his demeanor unprofessional. I am hoping for a callback at [redacted] ext. 11.
