Hello, I purchased a Craftsman F4 about 3 weeks ago. Despite adjusting the sights in every way possible, the gun remains significantly off target. I have an event with some Boy Scouts coming up next weekend, and I bought this with high hopes due to the good reputation of the Crossman name. A gunsmith mentioned that the barrel may be the issue, as it seems to be twisted. I am in need of a solution quickly. Can Crossman send me an upgraded model that functions correctly in time for my event? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a BB gun at the Walmart in Crossett, Arkansas, and unfortunately, it is defective. The stock is weak and loose, making it feel like it might break when pumped. Additionally, the gun is not able to load the bbs properly. I have already spoken with one of your agents regarding this issue and have sent pictures, but I have not yet received a response. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and give it your full attention. Thank you, LS
