My order for the crock pot lid, with number [redacted], was cancelled due to the non-receipt of my payment of $10.56 in time. This was because I did not receive any email requesting my credit card information. Additionally, I was unable to reach customer service over the phone due to a 58-minute wait time, which was very frustrating. Please reorder the lid for me, for model SCCPVL610-S-A, type SC53. Kindly provide instructions on how I can submit my Visa card details for payment. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have experienced. S.P.

I have sent two emails to Crock-Pot through their website, but I have not received any response. Email sent on 09/17/20: I received my Crock-Pot three weeks after ordering, but it malfunctioned on its first use, causing a fuse to trip. The cooker is now not working, and I suspect an electrical issue. How should I proceed? Email sent on 09/22/20: Reference number: [redacted]0 I am disappointed with the lack of response to my previous email. I would appreciate a reply. Additionally, could you guide me on where I can leave a review about your company, products, and customer service? Thank you, A. Wickham

I waited three weeks for my Crock-Pot to arrive in Thailand. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned during its first use. The porcelain part seems fine, but the electrical components are faulty. The cooker even tripped a fuse which I had to reset. It's not working now, what steps should I take? I had to use a random US address because there wasn't an option for international addresses, which is disappointing. Reference number: [redacted]0. I'm disappointed by the poor customer service and the product quality. A response to my email would be appreciated. Could you provide information on where to leave a review about your company, products, and customer service? Your swift attention is greatly needed. - A. Wickham

After waiting three weeks for my Crock-Pot to be delivered to my home in Thailand, it malfunctioned six hours into its first use. The porcelain container and outer unit seem fine, so the issue appears to be with the electrical components. It also tripped a fuse on my main board, which I have since reset. The cooker is currently not working. What steps should I take? Additionally, it seems there is no address option for locations outside the US, which has added to the poor customer service experience. Reference number: [redacted]0 It's disappointing that the level of customer service matches the product quality. I would appreciate a response to my previous email. Please advise where I can leave a review about your company, products, and customer service. My time has been wasted enough. Thank you. A. Wickham

I've owned the blue Dutch oven pot for approximately a year, using it only around ten times. Today while making soup, I noticed the ceramic chipping from the bottom despite gently cooking onions with a wooden spatula. The chipped ceramic ruined the soup with small pieces. I have photos for reference. Is this a common problem with these pots? Given the price, I expected it to be more durable. I am quite disappointed in this outcome.
