I apologize for the delay in my payment. I have been unwell, initially with COVID-19, then with kidney issues. Just as I began to recover, my kidney health deteriorated to a point where my medications were ineffective. I am now undergoing dialysis thrice a week, juggling work and finances until my disability benefits kick in. I will strive to make payments when I am able. Additionally, I regret any missed calls as my phone's speaker system is not functioning, and I cannot currently afford a replacement. Thank you for understanding.

My car was towed on October 13th, and my portal indicates that I was supposed to pay the full amount by October 23rd. I explained to the person that I couldn't promise a payment because I am having issues with my bank, and the money has been withdrawn. I am currently working on resolving the problem to recover my funds so I can reclaim my car. Despite my explanation, he continued to ask for a payment timeline. I reiterated that I couldn't provide one due to the ongoing banking issues. Eventually, he stated that if I didn't take care of it by the 23rd, the car would go to auction. When I expressed my inability to make the payment by then, he simply stated that nothing could be done.
