I purchased a baby pink gown with work for Rs.[redacted] and received a dark pink and navy blue kurta of a smaller size instead. The company contacted me asking for my debit card details for a refund, which seemed unusual as typically bank account numbers and IFSC codes are requested. The item was delivered by Shadowfax courier, which has a history of delivering incorrect items. I am requesting the company to address this issue promptly by sending me the correct item and arranging for the return of the wrong item. Thank you.
