Subject: Recent Order Issue with Crayola Website
Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Crayola's online store. I placed an order on 8th and was surprised to find it didn't show up in my Account Order History. I contacted your customer service and spoke to Louis last night, who couldn't locate the order either. I placed another order, faced the same problem, and was advised to reorder. Unfortunately, the issue persisted despite placing a third order.
This morning, I discovered three charges on my banking statement but still no Order History update. When I called the [redacted] number, a representative informed me that the first order was shipped, unlike what Louis told me earlier. She canceled the other two orders without my consent.
In subsequent calls, a manager named Andrea suggested rejecting the shipped package and provided a 20% discount code, which did not meet my expectations. The lack of visibility within the Order History caused unnecessary purchases, and the inconsistent customer service has left me disappointed.
I value Crayola as a brand and was excited to shop from your website, especially with a sale ongoing. However, this experience has been frustrating. I hope for better service in the future to continue supporting your products.
Thank you,
E.L.

Hello,
I am currently at a pediatric outpatient procedures facility in Advent Health Hospital at Suite [redacted], [redacted] East Rollins Street, Orlando Florida. I visit here every three months to support my 9-year-old daughter who has Brain Cancer and undergoes MRI scans. Recently, my other 7-year-old daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, has been blacking out and taken to the ER by ambulance for unknown reasons.
I'm reaching out to ask for donations of crayons for this facility's kids' play area. The crayons there are broken and there is a limited selection. It's heartbreaking to think of what these children endure when they come here. This request is not for my own family but for all the children who have to undergo treatments and procedures with uncertainty. If you can assist by sending boxes of crayons to the Hospital for the Med Plaza MRI Suite for the kids' waiting rooms, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration.

I wanted to express my appreciation for your products. I have used a wide range of Crayola items for both my children and grandchildren. I am a single parent looking after my grandchildren, so saving money is essential to me. I frequently use coupons to save on purchases but have not been able to find any for your products. It would be fantastic to have access to coupons for my favorite art supplies. Thank you for your time and for creating such amazing products.

I sent an email to [redacted] on April 29th but have not received a response yet. After contacting customer service and being redirected to email for assistance, I am still waiting for help.
Dear Team,
I am reaching out regarding a QR code on my purchased pdf tickets labeled "BUY TICKETS AHEAD ONLINE" mentioning a 25% discount for the 1 million crayon giveaway. The online ticket price is $20.99, and with the discount, it should be $15.74. I am looking to purchase 3 tickets for July 18th, [redacted], for my daughter's birthday. However, the total shows $59.03 instead of the expected $47.23 as calculated (3 tickets at $62.97 minus 25% discount $15.25).
I have attached a picture for reference. Your prompt assistance before the tickets are sold out would be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Zeel.

I recently bought the Art to Go Table Easel for my 4-year-old granddaughter's birthday. I was surprised to find no markers, crayons, or pencils in the box, especially as Crayola is known for these items. The box displayed children using these items, so I assumed they were included. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known there were no art supplies. I feel let down by this product. After my granddaughter opened it, we realized there was nothing to draw or color with. I checked the back of the box, but there was no mention of included art supplies. This lack of clarity is disappointing.

Hi, I'm Brandi Flynn, and I consider myself an artist. I have a unique idea that I'm eager to patent, but I'm unsure how to proceed. I envision oversized coloring books specifically designed for older children, featuring intricate mandalas, wildlife, and botanical designs in dimensions like 16x20' or 18x24'. These illustrations could be large enough to paint with various mediums like watercolors, acrylics, or oil pastels, doubling as wall art once completed. While I admire your frozen giant coloring books, they are still too small for what I envision. I believe both kids and adults would enjoy engaging with such sizable designs for coloring and painting. Despite my lack of drawing skills, I find joy in coloring inside the lines. Unfortunately, I lack the financial means to bring this concept to life. I believe creating these expansive coloring books could not only entertain but also foster creativity, especially in children. I'm located in California and can be reached at [redacted]. Please consider producing these fantastic products!
