Cordoba Guitars Customer Service Issues

I purchased a c10 from Amazon and noticed it had been opened. Upon inspection, I found it may have been a return due to lack of humidity, which caused it to be slightly damaged. I originally bought a product from your company when I owned Guitars Etc. on Main St in Dayton, Ohio about 6 or 7 years ago. The guitar is a Christmas gift, and I was hoping to have you ship a replacement to me for an exchange if possible.
