Thank you, my sister traveled from Calo to San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a layover in Panama City, and her suitcase got lost. Copa Airlines has been unresponsive for three days now. They keep insisting we wait 5 business days and if there's still no answer, we must wait 20 business days. No one in customer service is providing solutions; they respond after a 2-hour wait and there are no supervisors available. Such poor and inefficient service!

Baggage Issue
During my recent trip from Ghana to Antigua with stops in Istanbul, Panama, and Port of Spain, one of my checked bags went missing. Upon reaching Port of Spain, I noticed its absence. After contacting the other airlines involved, they confirmed they do not have my bag. I am now reaching out to Copa Airlines to inquire if they might have my light violet, medium-sized bag with tag code TK327945 in their possession. On January 30, [redacted], I bought 2 flight tickets from CheapOair for a trip from Pereira, Colombia to Tallahassee, Florida on March 7, with Copa Airlines and Silver Airways. Each ticket cost $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. However, per my credit card statement, the $[redacted] was paid to Silver Airways. On the day of the flight, March 7, [redacted], Copa Airlines invoiced me for additional fees amounting to $[redacted].04. Despite reaching out to CheapOair, Silver Airways, and Copa Airlines via phone and email, I received no assistance, and each company directed me to contact the others. Copa Airlines proposed a refund of $[redacted].72, which falls short of the correct amount. I should be refunded the full $[redacted].04.

I am David Grandy. I had a flight from MIA to PTY to Barbados Bridgetown. Unfortunately, my bag did not arrive. After multiple conflicting updates from Copa Airlines, I am left without any of my belongings, including clothes and toiletries. This has caused numerous inconveniences, including missed transportation and detainment due to local laws. I am restricted to my hotel room in unwashed clothes and unable to enjoy my vacation, which includes a scheduled cruise. The lack of clear communication and delay in resolving the issue has left me extremely frustrated. I urgently require compensation for the impact this has had on my trip. I am disappointed by the inefficiency of the baggage claim process and the overall handling of this situation. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response to address this matter.

Good morning. My sister, C.D.F. Cecilia Del Carmen (ticket no. [redacted][redacted]), and I were at the airport to fly to Italy on May 3, [redacted]. The flight was canceled, and after spending the whole day and night at the airport, they offered us a comfortable flight through Mexico but with no guarantee of checking the luggage in the hold (while three other friends with the same issue were allowed to check their luggage, why not us?). To take our bags with us in the hold, they placed us on a terrible flight with a lot of waiting. With my health problems, it was a nightmare. We have requested compensation from Lufthansa for the canceled flight according to European regulations, but they only responded today that we need to ask Copa because the flight that caused issues is CM871. I arranged a flight with a stopover in Panama for my husband and me after hearing about the program on a Copa Airlines flight to Trinidad. My husband has a Dominican Republic passport, and I hold an American passport. We planned to utilize the stopover program on our return trip from Peru. However, upon arrival at the airport, the staff member at the counter was unhelpful. Despite our inquiries to various Copa employees before booking, she abruptly informed us that my husband could not partake in the stopover due to a visa requirement. When we sought a solution, she directed us to customer service, which proved equally unhelpful. They claimed the flight was closed, an unprecedented situation for us. In the end, our reservation was split, and we had to book another flight. The lack of empathy and assistance during this ordeal was disheartening. We initially planned to explore Peru and Panama during our trip, aiming to experience and learn about different cultures. The disrespectful treatment we received at the airport was unwarranted. Despite encountering individual instances of prejudice, we believe it is essential to treat everyone with respect and understanding, especially in [redacted] post-COVID times.

I need help addressing an issue with Kenroy Wright. I entrusted him with purchasing a ticket for me by giving him [redacted],000JMD. After numerous calls to Copa Airlines, he finally bought the ticket but hesitated to share the details. When I requested the ticket receipt, he refused to return the excess money from the ticket purchase. He even threatened me over it. I checked my reservation to find out that the bank reclaimed the funds due to Kenroy's actions. I possess evidence that the money belongs to me and not Kenroy. I insist on restoring my flight booking until I am prepared to use it.

I have contacted Copa Air multiple times about an issue regarding entry regulations for French citizens traveling to St. Martin on the PTY-SXM route. Despite sending evidence on June 10 and 24, I have not received a response since June 23. The problem seems to be a computer system error, but I have been unable to get a resolution. I even visited their branch, but the staff there could not provide any helpful information on who can address and fix this issue.

I booked a flight through E'DREAMS with Winair (Sint-Maarten to Curaçao) connecting to COPA (Curaçao to Panama then Bogotá) on July 3, [redacted]. Winair rescheduled the first flight to July 4, [redacted], but my Copa flight remains on July 3.

I am R. Nesbeth. I flew from Cuba to Panama on June 27, [redacted], on flight CM359. When I reached the baggage claim area, I discovered that my luggage was missing. I promptly filed a report at the airport's baggage claim counter. Additionally, I completed a lost baggage report via email to Copa Airlines. They mentioned a response within 15 days, but it has been 22 days now, and I have not received any update regarding my missing baggage from the team handling lost luggage inquiries.

We had a flight from Panama City to NYC, flight number UA7131 on August 29th at 7:33 am. The flight was overbooked, and we were rerouted to flights from Panama City to Boston (CM704) and then from Boston to New York City (DL4047) with a 5-hour delay upon arrival. Unfortunately, our luggage did not make it to the New York City airport. Our last flight was with Delta Airlines, and they informed us that our luggage is still in Panama. We have already bought new clothing and essentials. How do we retrieve our luggage, and will the airline cover these expenses?
