Cooking Club of America Customer Service Issues

I purchased a lifetime club membership. The pots and pans I received were of poor quality, followed by folding measuring cups. I was wrongly told I owed money for an undelivered book. After relocating, I never received any forwarded mail. I wish to cancel my membership and request a refund of $[redacted]. Only two magazines have been sent despite being promised a lifetime subscription. Kindly respond promptly. Thank you.

Recently, I sorted through my 10 x 20 storage and found my Cooking Club of America lifetime membership paperwork. I'd like to update my address and reinstate my benefits. Despite the humor, I've noted the complaints but wish to add mine in case of a class action lawsuit to possibly recoup some of the $[redacted]-[redacted] I paid. A bit of laughter helps with the seriousness of my situation, given the state of healthcare and other issues in the USA.
