The information from Conexis is unclear regarding therapy coverage, and the Medical Determination form is restricted to enrolled members. I need this detail to make an informed decision on selecting a medical insurance plan that aligns with my financial needs. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find contact details for prospective clients at Conexis.
