Hello, I missed my flight in Costa Rica and I'm unsure what steps to take next. Despite being at the airport on time, the manager on duty prevented me from boarding the flight. I was heading to Norway, a Schengen visa-exempt country, and was informed I needed a Schengen visa or a return ticket to board. I attempted to explain that I'd traveled similarly before with the same airline, CONDOR, to no avail. Now, I find myself without a flight and in need of assistance. I booked a flight with Condor Airlines through Alaska Airlines to Frankfurt, but we still don't have seat assignments. Our flight from San Jose to Frankfurt (DE2235) was canceled on August 13th. Despite checking in at the airport, we were diverted to a hotel without our luggage which was promised to be brought to us. Initially rescheduled for August 14th at 7:20 AM, we later learned the flight was pushed to August 15th at 8:10 AM. Communication issues arose regarding luggage retrieval, leaving us stranded in the same clothes from Sunday to Thursday. We are uncertain about refunds for the disruption and how to proceed with the process. The flight experienced further delays adding to our inconvenience. Additionally, our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Amsterdam (LH899) is a concern as we face work disruptions of at least two days. Clarity on potential refunds for missed work and the connection is needed.

I need to report a disappointing experience with Condor Lufthansa regarding a canceled flight from Austin, TX to Brussels on May 31. My husband, Stephen Doan, and I, Patricia Hontoir, encountered chaos at the airport when they failed to provide us with accommodation despite promising a voucher. We had to spend our own money on a hotel and dinner. The next day, we endured a long shuttle ride to Dallas and endured further delays before reaching Frankfurt and then Brussels.
I missed work in Brussels, and my husband fell ill during the stressful journey. We were not given the seats we selected and had to cover extra expenses. Although we applied for compensation with claim reference CON-18/06 - [redacted] and reservation code TF43GM, we have yet to receive any reimbursement as promised within 6 to 8 weeks. Numerous attempts to follow up have been met with delays, and now it's mid-September. We hope for a resolution soon.

I've attempted to buy round-trip tickets from Portland, Oregon to Frankfurt, Germany for my son and his family three times online, but I keep getting an error message stating, "Error: An error occurred when processing your booking. Please try again later." I contacted Customer Service about the issue, but the representative didn't acknowledge any website problems and just advised me to book online. Due to the heavy accent and unfriendly demeanor, I opted to retry booking later online. Should I attempt to book again, or could there be an issue with the Condor website?

My son accidentally selected a light economy reservation with no luggage instead of classic, resulting in a [redacted] euro fee. He upgraded for additional legroom but was given an uncomfortable seat far from his chosen one. The flight DE5630 from Manchester to Cancun on October 1, [redacted], at 09:35 was canceled without any notice or attempts to mitigate the situation for F.N. and T.E.B. The booking reference is NNR5UO. They flew in from Oslo the night of September 30. The tickets were purchased on August 11, [redacted]. No prior warning or information was provided to the young couple. Condor representatives were not visible or reachable at Manchester airport. Sembo.no, the travel agency that sold the tickets, claim they were not informed of the cancellation. The couple has not received any assistance from Condor. They arrived in Cancun on October 2 after busing to Heathrow and flying via Bogota. Dear Sir, I made a booking for a return business class flight with Condor on your website. The outbound journey was from Bologna (BLQ) to Santo Domingo (SDQ) via Frankfurt (FRA) and San Juan (SJU) on November 30, [redacted]. The return flight was from Punta Cana (PUJ) to Bologna (BLQ) via Munich (MUC) on December 25, [redacted]. The booking number is [redacted] and the airline reference number is MMZINX. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding in Bologna on November 30 due to not having an ESTA visa for transit in San Juan. I contacted your Frankfurt office, and a manager advised me to book another flight to Santo Domingo and request a refund. Following their instructions, I purchased a new flight from Bologna (BLQ) to Frankfurt (FRA) and then from Frankfurt (FRA) to Punta Cana (PUJ) the next day, December 1, both in business class. Yesterday, while at Seattle airport, all our luggage and our pet (dog) were checked in, and we were waiting to board our flight. An announcement was made for me to report to the Condor ticket counter, where an agent explained that my dog had damaged her kennel. I inquired about getting a new kennel at the airport, but was informed that the Seattle airport does not offer this service. Surprisingly, even a small airport like Ted Stevens International in Anchorage, Alaska provides kennels for sale. With an hour and a half before departure, I thought we had time to get a new kennel inspected, but unfortunately, we were already checked in through security and couldn't rectify the issue in time. We had to have friends pick up our dog and get a kennel for her. However, there were no available flights to Frankfurt until Wednesday, January 1st. When I called Condor today to arrange for the next available flight for my dog, I was informed that due to the holidays, no services are available until January 2nd. I am in need of expert help to get my dog to Frankfurt. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have a flight booked to Milan on May 13th with Condor (Booking #: [redacted]). Due to Italy being a level 3 country because of the Coronavirus, I would like to change my flight to Iceland in October.
I made this reservation through JustFly.com, and they advised me to reach out to Condor about transferring the flight. After contacting Condor last week, I was informed that this issue needs to be handled by JustFly. It's been a frustrating experience, and I would be grateful for any help with this situation.

I need to reschedule my flight one week earlier because of upcoming travel restrictions in the Philippines. Initially, they quoted me $[redacted] for the change, but I had difficulty reaching them by phone. I attempted to contact Heidi, the support manager, via email to express my frustrations. Finally, when I was able to reach them by phone today, I was informed the change would actually cost $[redacted], which is higher than the original quote. This is unacceptable. Their customer service needs to improve, as I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to get through via Skype calls and was kept on hold without ever speaking to a representative.
