I joined the new investor centre about two months ago. I had to register twice because there are two identical sites: one for UK shares and one for Irish shares. A few weeks ago, when I tried to access the UK site, it accepted my ID but then claimed my security question was wrong and locked me out. The same happened with the Irish site. Even after receiving a new password, I faced the same issue. It's frustrating as I encountered the same problem 12 years ago on the old site, which was never resolved despite my attempts. It seems my security answers are not linking to my ID. How can I resolve this? Repeatedly sending new passwords isn't helping if the security question keeps locking me out.

I am requesting dividend statements for Waste Management, Verizon, American Electric Power, and Walmart. On February 15, [redacted], I completed a W9 Tax Certification with all these companies and have stock shares with Computershare. I have printed a list of stocks with their Reference Numbers as instructed in an email from Computershare. However, upon trying to sign in to Computershare, I received a message stating, “Restricted. You have no stocks in your portfolio,” even though I provided the correct information.
I suspect I may have made an error, possibly due to my recent illness which required me to take medication. I am unable to access my dividend statements or stock sale information because of this issue. I can provide the W9 tax certification number, but I cannot retrieve the necessary [redacted]-DIV and [redacted] for sales of my stock.
Please assist me in obtaining the tax information I require. I am willing to provide the W-9 certification numbers upon your request. Thank you for your help, David L. R.

Computershare has made an offer to purchase shares owned by one of our clients, but we lack crucial information such as the exact number of shares owned due to a past transfer with limited details. The client base has changed, and new members were unaware of their ownership. We need to email Computershare to discuss the offer, but their website does not provide email contacts for this type of inquiry. We aim to locate the correct email address for the department handling the offer promptly to meet the August 1, [redacted] deadline.

I made an investment in Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals on September 14, [redacted]. On September 16, [redacted], your company withdrew ($5,[redacted].00) from my Union Bank account. I did not receive any confirmation of the funds being received. I followed up by sending my Social Security Card to Prime Trust on November 30, [redacted], using the secure link they supplied. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them.
Please verify with Prime Trust if they have received my Social Security Card and ensure that Computershare has all the necessary paperwork and stock information to send me for my Jay L McBride Trust. I have not received an email since December 1, [redacted], which was almost two years ago. I would appreciate a prompt response.

After my spouse passed away in September [redacted], I encountered some delays in getting a current statement for one of the stocks in our joint account. It took over a month to resolve this issue and transfer the stocks to my name. Now, when I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating "This account is not eligible for online servicing." I reached out to Computershare via email, but it seems like I only received an automated response. I sent another email detailing my concerns, but I am still awaiting a proper resolution.

Dear Sir,
I am the owner of AFM Alphamin Resources Corp stocks at Computershare in Canada. Another company, Stonex, sent me letters regarding my portfolio holdings. I successfully updated my profile information. Although they sent me a paper certificate, unfortunately, I never received it. They have now sent me a bill for a new certificate costing another [redacted] EUR, involving CHUBB INSURANCE COMPANY OF CANADA.
I have been trying to transfer the stocks to my broker account with Interactive Brokers or sell them. I never imagined it would be so painful, costly, and complicated. It feels like a scene out of the movie, "The Wolf of Wall Street." The situation seems never-ending.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Despite trying to reset my password, I did not receive the temporary password as promised via email. Instead, I received a letter by mail three days later with a password that the system deemed invalid. I urgently need access to print my May [redacted] stock statements for a state audit. I am frustrated with the delays and challenges I am facing. I would appreciate speaking to a representative to resolve this issue without risking being locked out of my account. It seems like other companies can address these problems efficiently over the phone, unlike Compushare, which keeps their contact number undisclosed. Please provide me with a contact number promptly, as time is of the essence.

In [redacted], my mother passed away after relocating to Alabama to be closer to me. Unfortunately, she lost her stock certificates. I have learned that I must fill out paperwork and pay a fee to obtain new stock certificates for a transfer. I have been receiving her dividends and have the necessary information to complete the forms. I now need to know where to mail the documents and the payment amount so I can proceed with submitting the transfer forms for my sisters and me. Additionally, I need to obtain the medallion seal for the estate from PNC Bank.
