I have been trying to obtain a transfer packet for over a year for my deceased father. My mother has been appointed as the administrator by the judge since he passed away on [redacted]. We have around thirty accounts, and they have been extremely uncooperative. As an attorney, I have had to demand the transfer packets multiple times, only to receive them after significant delays. Furthermore, when I asked about other accounts, they claimed they only had information on the ones they already sent packets for. This frustrating ordeal has now entered its second year, with a total of seven transfer packets received. I am at my wit's end with Computershare's inefficiency, especially after dealing with other companies like AST, BNYM, Wells Fargo, and Computer services. I plan to involve my attorney to resolve this situation after two years of fruitless attempts.

It would be beneficial to allow users to respond to each other as we have all encountered similar issues. It is frustrating that there is no option for interaction. I have been struggling with numerous accounts for a while now, and it's frustrating. It seems like there are endless accounts to deal with. How much would a medium-sized yacht cost? This situation is full of excuses, lies, and inconsistencies as I receive statements and dividend checks despite being told the accounts are not active. It's important to seek legal advice to resolve this matter and ensure peace of mind.

I attempted to transfer a certificate from being held in my name as custodial account holder for my son to his name only. We filled out the transfer request form, but the certificate's value exceeded our bank's $2 million medallion signature stamp limit. To address this, I was advised to send several transfer requests, each with the $2 million stamp, in separate envelopes to total the $12.2 million value of the certificate. Additionally, a letter of explanation should accompany the requests. My specific query is:
Should I mail each separate request in its own envelope or can I group them in separate envelopes and then send them together in a larger envelope?

I am extremely frustrated because I am unable to access my account. The system claims my username is incorrect, which is not true. I have requested four new verification codes, but they take up to 8 weeks to arrive. I have tried to reset my account, but I never receive the verification email. The envelope was sent via USPS Registered Mail - First-Class from the Macedonia, Ohio post office. Despite receiving notices of imminent delivery, the tracking information on January 4, [redacted], shows that the package is still awaiting a delivery scan.

I am in need of the Forms [redacted]-DIV for my late mother's account as I am unable to access them online. Unfortunately, I keep receiving error messages stating that the account is not eligible for online servicing or that there was a problem locating the account when trying direct access. I have tried both my mother's and my own social security numbers to access the forms without success. The 1099DIVs for Suntrust/Truist have not been received by mail either. These forms are crucial for me to complete her tax return.

I have been trying for over 15 years to change the name on my deceased in-law's account. Icahn Enterprises and Computershare have not proactively investigated why the uncashed checks were being sent to the state. Despite multiple attempts and submitting the required paperwork, I never received sufficient information or a call back explaining the rejections. Even though I have proof that the medallion signature was not a copy, I was told otherwise. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and communication. I request a thorough review of the situation to finally resolve this issue.

When I try to log in by entering my username and password, I am taken to a Registration screen. Below that, there is a tab to "Confirm your Stock," followed by "Your Details." There is also an option to recover my User ID with a Cancel and Recover User ID button. Clicking on the Recover User ID button causes the screen to go blank and freezes my browser.
1. I wonder why I am prompted to recover my User ID when I have already entered it successfully along with my password.
2. I have tested this on both Chrome and Firefox, and they both exhibit the same issue.
3. I made sure to clear all cookies and browser cache before each login attempt, but the problem persists.
4. With over 40 years of computer experience, I suspect it might not be a browser issue unless there are specific codes on the website restricting certain browsers.
