My name is Morabito Paolo. I purchased a Pavilion PC from MediaWorld in Porto Bolaro Reggio Calabria on the 22nd of October [redacted]. I have received communications regarding the warranty, which you claim expired on the 22nd of October [redacted], as seen on your PC support today, the 17th of April [redacted]. Firstly, I want to point out that by law there is a 24-month legal warranty, and I bought the PC on the 22nd of October [redacted]. Secondly, I paid MediaWorld for the warranty extension for another 36 months on the same date. I would like to understand why HP’s warranty supposedly ends on the 22nd of October [redacted] and not, as mandated by law, on the 21st of October [redacted]. If I encounter any issues, I will contact the appropriate consumer protection authority since you are not honoring the legal warranty or the extended one I paid for. I also purchased another HP computer on the 26th of November [redacted], and I extended the warranty for that as well. I trust you will investigate this matter; however, if I don't see the warranty extended as agreed upon during purchase, I will inform my lawyer and the consumer association, seeking damages through the necessary legal channels. I am looking to upgrade my Presario CQ57. It currently has a Celeron B800 1.5 GHz 2-core processor, Hewlett Packard Product [redacted] version 23.48 motherboard, and 2.00 GB of RAM. I use Photoshop and Excel frequently, not for gaming.
Could you recommend the fastest Intel i5 processor compatible with my unit for improved performance in these applications? I am also open to suggestions for Intel i7 processors if they are reasonably priced. Additionally, I would like to know the maximum amount of RAM that can be installed on this laptop.
I want to ensure a smooth upgrade process without issues like overheating or hardware conflicts. Any advice on compatible chipsets and installation tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a 32-inch Compaq HD ready smart TV on Flipkart. The warranty has expired, but I notified them within a year through WhatsApp. However, Compaq's customer care did not respond well. The TV initially had lines, and after 8 months, vertical white lines started appearing on the screen, resembling flickering lines. I also raised a complaint via email, but the customer support was unsatisfactory. I am disappointed with the poor service from Compaq. I request for the TV to be replaced or repaired.

Update: Compaq's service is disappointing; they are suggesting a costly panel change, which amounts to 80% of the TV's price. Additionally, there is a technician charge of Rs. [redacted] plus tax, totaling Rs. 13,[redacted] for the TV repair. Disappointed with Compaq's service.
