Comerica Inc. Customer Service Issues

I recently contacted Direct Express regarding my card being hacked. They confirmed the issue and assured me they would send a new card, refund my money, and provide paperwork for pressing charges. However, I have yet to receive the new card or the funds. The old card was canceled, leaving me without a means to communicate with them. I am in urgent need of financial assistance as I'm running out of groceries and have pending bills. I have not received my Direct Express card in the mail yet, and I need to figure out what is happening with it. I still have bills to pay and need groceries. I talked to someone last week about my card, but I haven't heard back from them. I really need assistance with this issue, I need my money refunded and a new card as soon as possible. Can you help me out and arrange for someone to call me to discuss this problem? I find it puzzling that such a large company does not have a phone number for customers to call and address card issues. Direct Express should have a reachable number for assistance.
