I have tried to contact you over 30 times since [redacted] to request that you stop sending DVDs to the incorrect address. I have been a customer since around [redacted] in both Chicago and Las Vegas, NV. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any orders since [redacted]. It seems the recipient at the incorrect address is benefiting from these shipments, as I have not been billed for them. I am reaching out to resolve this issue as an honest individual. I wish to renew my membership but am concerned that my address has not been updated since [redacted]. Please rectify this immediately so I can resume my membership.
