I am curious as to why the ATMs located near the front entrances are closed. I prefer not to use the drive-thru option as they are often difficult to see from the road, poorly lit, and lack proper fencing for safety. For individuals like myself who must exit the vehicle to reach the screen and cash dispense, this can be hazardous, especially during night-time use. I have been a loyal customer of Colombia since the late '90s and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. However, if the bank continues to solely rely on the drive-thru ATMs, I may have to consider switching to another financial institution.
