I have been a loyal user of Speed Stick Power deodorant (unscented) for many years because I find it to be an outstanding product. However, in the past several months, I have noticed that approximately 1 out of every 3 Speed Sticks I purchase malfunctions. When attempting to twist the knob at the bottom, the deodorant stick does not move up, and instead, the knob continues to turn endlessly until it ultimately detaches from the container. I have returned a few of these faulty products to the supermarket for a refund, but I am more interested in understanding why this issue is occurring. It seems like there might be a problem with the quality control during the manufacturing process of the container. While I appreciate the effectiveness of the deodorant, I cannot continue to purchase it unless this issue is addressed. I have also come across similar complaints from other consumers online. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently bought four tubes of Colgate toothpaste from Tesco in Brookfield Farm, in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, to prepare for the Tier 3 restrictions. When I opened the first tube, the toothpaste leaked due to a split end. The same issue occurred with the second tube, and upon checking, all four tubes had split ends, rendering them unusable.
This is the first time in my 30 years of using Colgate that I have encountered such a problem. It seems like there may have been a production line issue that needs addressing to maintain the brand's reputation. I believe I should be compensated for the faulty products that I paid for, considering the inconvenience they have caused.
I have attempted to contact you through your provided numbers without success and would appreciate a response to address this matter promptly.

I placed an order for 15 cases of Colgate Super Flexible Brushes with your distributor, Khan Traders. However, my order has not been dispatched yet. I am a cash customer of your company and not on credit terms. I tried to inquire with your TSI Swagtam about the delay, and I was informed that I need to purchase one case of ZigZak Turmeric for them to send out my Colgate order. As ZigZak Turmeric does not sell well at my outlet, I am unsure why I am being asked to buy it. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you. - Mayank Traders
