I am a restaurant owner in Corbin, Kentucky, and looking to add a Coca-Cola fountain machine to my establishment. However, the sales rep from Somerset is hesitant as we do not purchase enough bottle Cokes. Despite being an older restaurant, the community prefers Coca-Cola over Pepsi. I have a news channel visit scheduled, and I want to avoid any negative press. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you. - Scott H.

To whom it may concern,
I have been purchasing three packs of six plastic Coca-Cola bottles every week for the past 15 years, mainly Coke Zero. I am a loyal customer and have decorations featuring Coca-Cola on my Christmas tree. Lately, I have noticed that 1-2 bottles in each pack have been flat and not fizzy when opened. This has been happening for the past three months, causing me to waste money and time replacing them. I am disappointed in the decline of quality and hope you can address this issue promptly.
Best regards,
Julie L.

I have contacted your corporate office approximately four times in the past month concerning the Gold Leaf Green Tea with honey in 6-packs. Upon drinking it, I noticed a foul odor similar to urine and metal. A friend confirmed it smelled like rotten eggs. One of my twin boys accidentally drank a bit and immediately vomited. I saved the remaining bottles, including the one that seemed off in color. Despite leaving messages for Bijon and Kim, there has been no response. I have refrained from involving the police or attorneys and am reaching out to Coca Cola to address the issue. The reference number is [redacted], and the contact number provided was 1-[redacted] ext. 2. My home number is [redacted], and my cell is [redacted]. I am hoping for a prompt resolution via phone call. Thank you, Dorothy M.

I am Subash Yadav, the owner of Sudheer Cold Drinks. I have an issue regarding a transfer of funds into my company account dating back to 23/01/[redacted]. Despite transferring one lakh rupees by check, I have not received the money back. This adds to the existing seven thousand advance in my company account which has not been settled. As a distributor for your company in Azamgarh, I have faced a loss of one lakh rupees due to security issues, along with discrepancies in schemes and incentives totaling to three lakh four thousand. I have raised complaints with your Coca-Cola company multiple times, but they have been disregarded. The ongoing rent of five thousand rupees for the damage is also unjustified, and an amount of around eight lakh remains unresolved. I have been trying to contact your officials persistently and have waited for three years, bearing the bank's interest on the amount. It is requested that you address this matter promptly and rectify the situation, as previous complaints have been ignored, leaving me without any dues settled.

I bought a case of Coke Zero for our camping trip, and every can was covered in a gross film. I had to scrub them all by hand. We drink 3 cases weekly, and this has never happened before. The purchase was made at Walmart in Sioux City. I hope this can be looked into to prevent it from happening again. Thank you, Barb Ahrens

I have encountered several issues with your area managers as a loyal customer of Coca-Cola who has been using their refrigerator for the past five years. The appliance has not been functioning properly for about a year, despite my complaints to the area department. Regrettably, customer care has been unresponsive to my grievances. I am compelled to return the refrigerator due to the numerous inconveniences it has caused during my travels. The lack of availability of Coca-Cola products in Raipur has been another disappointing aspect, with no satisfactory response from the company when questioned about this. I would appreciate it if you could offer a solution and ensure the availability of all Coca-Cola products. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the demand for Pulpi products in the area, an opportunity I have refrained from capitalizing on due to the interference from the area manager in selling these products. Your assistance in resolving these matters is sincerely requested. Thank you.

I bought several 12-pack cases of Vanilla Coke on sale, only to find out that some cans were leaking in three different cases, causing a sticky mess in my garage and kitchen pantry. I had to discard all the cases due to the hassle of finding the leaky cans and cleaning the rest by hand. It seems the issue was with a thin wall in the aluminum can rather than the pop tops. I would like reimbursement for the three affected cases and might opt to buy soda in plastic bottles going forward since Vanilla Coke is not available in that form. This experience has made me consider trying a different product or flavor. Thank you.

I want to share my frustration and fascination regarding Coca-Cola's availability in the lower mainland. As a daily Coke drinker, I have noticed severe shortages in stores, particularly at Save-On Foods on Fraser Hwy. where there's always a lack of Coke products but never of Pepsi. This has been ongoing for a year. I've raised this issue with store and department managers, who attribute the problem to Coca-Cola not managing its distribution properly. At various gas stations, I have observed Coke being out of stock while Pepsi is well-supplied. One example is the gas station on King George near the Patullo Bridge in Surrey. The manager there mentioned that Coke products are rarely delivered, unlike Pepsi which arrives consistently. As someone with years of experience in customer service and production line management, I can provide insight or consulting if needed. It's disheartening to witness such lack of supply in a large company like Coca-Cola.

Hello, my name is Jagadheesh and I am from a village on the Andhra-Odisha border. I own a retail shop and also serve as a Coke dealer in my village. I have requested many times from your supervisor to provide a fridge to stock your products. Unfortunately, the current dealer is not promoting your products and is instead selling beverages from other companies. I recently found out that your company has provided a fridge to this dealer. I kindly request that you investigate this situation and provide fridges to dealers who actively sell your products. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Coca-Cola Customer Service,
As a long-time business owner of a hotel in Hyderabad, India, I have recently experienced a frustrating situation with my Coke fridge being taken away for repairs multiple times in the last two years. Despite providing my ID multiple times, the sales area supervisor has not addressed my concerns even after repeated requests. I have been advised by the supervisor to escalate the issue to the company due to his indifferent attitude, suggesting that complaints may not be effective as he is a tenured employee.
There have been several issues with the area sales manager and the Coke team failing to address the situation or conduct a proper survey. This has left me without a functioning fridge to sell beverages in my shop, negatively impacting my business and requiring urgent attention.
Sincerely,
S.M.A. Qureshi

I operate a retail store in Rimando Road, Aurora Hill, Baguio City. Our supplier for Coke products is FM Marketing located in Imelda Village, Baguio City. On January 11, [redacted], they made a delivery before lunchtime. Later that day around 5 pm, a delivery person came back claiming we gave him a counterfeit [redacted] peso bill. We disagreed as my husband had just withdrawn money from a BDO ATM, and we have a good reputation for being fair. The following day we found out a neighboring store had a similar experience with the same delivery person. We kindly ask for your assistance in addressing this issue as it reflects poorly on Coca-Cola. Thank you.

I opened my shop in Mahaveer Nagar extension, Kota, Rajasthan on November 18th. I received expired Coca-Cola products with a faulty monstar machine that is expensive to maintain. Despite alerting them initially, they promised to resolve it but have not picked up the products as agreed. Salesmen Rohit and Dinesh Shukla are demanding a higher price and will only pick up the products if I offer them for free. This situation has left me in a difficult financial position as a humble shop owner. Please provide a solution.

As a 73-year-old shopper who also assists my 94-year-old mother with shopping, I have noticed an issue at our local Walmart. Despite their cleanliness commitment, I have observed that some distributors are stocking shelves and refrigerators without masks during the special elder shopping hours. This minor adjustment for vendors could greatly help protect the elderly population. Recently, I encountered a Coca-Cola distributor stocking refrigerators near the check-out area without wearing a mask and standing very close to shoppers. When questioned, he mentioned that mask-wearing was not mandatory and suggested speaking to the governor. It is apparent that there is a significant gap in safety standards at many stores despite their cleaning policies. By shedding light on this issue, we can work towards better protection for all customers.
