Hello, I am Lucy Rado. I recently received the 14 Aluminum Chase Auto Set Clock designated as Customer P.O. [redacted], Customer Number 10-[redacted]. However, the clock I received is a plug-in model, not a battery-operated one as depicted on your website. The discrepancy has left me quite disappointed as the product I received does not match the product shown in the demonstration. I am dissatisfied with this incorrect item and particularly questioning why I was charged $13.29 for shipping. I kindly request a prepaid return label to send back the inaccurate clock and seek a refund for this entire order that was mishandled by your company. I look forward to your prompt response.
