Following our discussion on 10/10/18, I have attached the necessary documents: - Images of the items in the order. - Receipt for the original cartridges I bought because of the error in this order. I bought these items over 2 months ago, but received color sets [redacted] instead of color sets [redacted] (refer to the images). Since I never had issues with your cartridges before, I didn't check to ensure they were the right ones. To make matters worse, I had to buy original cartridges because of your mistake (see the purchase receipt). Needless to say, I am disappointed with this whole situation. I suppose now I must wait for you to rectify the issue, if possible. Joaquin A.

I reached out regarding order [redacted]9, and I was instructed to keep the incorrectly filled cartridges for the wrong size. You mentioned that you would provide me with postage to return these and send out the correct size black cartridges. However, I have not received any further communication from you since then. I am feeling quite disappointed. The order number is [redacted]9. Please provide me with an update.

I placed order number [redacted]7 on Dec. 11th, and it has not been delivered yet. It was scheduled to be delivered via 3-day express shipping on the 12th. The order included one compatible color HP 78 ink cartridge (SKU: RI-C6578AN) and one compatible black HP 45 ink cartridge (SKU: RI-51645A). I urgently need these cartridges as my current ones are empty, and it's impacting my holiday correspondence. Can you please provide me with an update on the status of this order?

I bought 5 Ink Cartridges from Clickinks for my HP OfficeJet [redacted] printer. Unfortunately, when I tried to use them, they didn't work, causing printing issues and error messages. I wasted 2 color cartridges troubleshooting the problem, resulting in one being damaged beyond use. I'm keeping the other cartridge in its packaging to return along with the 4 remaining ones. I need a Return Merchandise Authorization to proceed with the return promptly. I had to buy original replacement cartridges from Hewlett Packard to be able to use my printer. Thank you for your quick attention to this matter.

I received a faulty cartridge that leaked, and then I was sent another one that doesn't fit my printer. I have called customer service multiple times but was left on hold without assistance, despite being promised a short wait time. I have also requested a return address for the cartridges, but I have not heard back from the company. Upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged $29.70 for the first cartridge and then received a bill dated 1/23/20 for the second cartridge which is also $29.70. My name is C. I made a purchase for printer ink on 2/19/22 using my Visa Freedom card through Paypal. My Visa Freedom statement shows a payment of $46.43 to "clickinksco" on 2/20/22. Can you assist with tracking my order? I am Laura Z. and it is currently 3/5/22. Thank you for your support. It seems that the available contact numbers for assistance are not working. I am following up on my request to track the order and receive an email notification once it is due. This is my second attempt to get a response.

I reached out to your company regarding the return process for three ink cartridge packages that do not fit my copier. Teddy Ciuca was the person who informed me about the return procedure. Despite this, I have yet to receive any communication from your team after a week. The three cartridges I need to return are two black ink 275XL and one color ink 276XL-EP, totaling approximately $95. I am eager to get a refund as soon as possible.
