Hello,
I did not intend to have automatic payments for my membership. I wanted it to end after 3 months. Yet, I noticed another payment was deducted from my bank account, extending my membership for another 3 months.
I am requesting a refund and to terminate my membership. I have recently located where to turn off automatic payments and switch to manual, as I never intended to have auto pay in the first place. I also had difficulty finding the cancellation option.

I recently ordered a reprint of my yearbook from Classmates for Dominguez High School's Class of [redacted] in Compton, CA. I was eager to receive it before our 50-year Class Reunion. Upon opening the yearbook, I noticed signature writings I couldn't recognize as my classmates. To my dismay, on the second page of signatures, I found a disturbing statement in bold dark letters that read, "White Supremacy over Black Power." This inclusion raises concerns about the credibility of the yearbook's content, as these names are not listed as classmates of Dominguez. I am disappointed and offended by this and question the company's integrity.

Hello, I have realized that I inadvertently have two classmates accounts as a result of using two separate email addresses. I prefer using my [redacted] account for business and [redacted] for socializing.
I paid $28.00 to your company on August 6, [redacted] for a two-year classmates membership using my [redacted] email. However, I recently received an email to my [redacted] account, mentioning that to view who visited my profile, I would need to purchase another membership.
Since I believe I should not have to pay for a second account after just purchasing one, I kindly request for my [redacted] classmates account to be merged into my [redacted] account and for the former to be deleted. I only wish to keep one account, with notifications being sent to my [redacted] address moving forward.
I would appreciate it if you could make the necessary adjustments and send me an email update regarding the changes made.

I called and spoke with Megan today about an unauthorized $72.00 charge on 9/13 to my account, which I discovered after my bank recommended I contact you directly. Megan assured me that I would be refunded the $72.00 immediately, as I did not receive any prior billing notice due to using a former hacked AOL account. She mentioned a new charge of $23.60, which my account has already been charged, but I haven't seen the $72.00 reversal yet. She provided a conversation confirmation number - [redacted]8 - and helped me reset my password for my new Gmail account. Megan promised to send a confirmation email to my new email address, [redacted] I am upset about the unauthorized $72.00 renewal fee and request my refund promptly, especially since I've already been charged $23.60 for the new renewal without my consent. On September 29, [redacted], I was erroneously charged $51 for an account I did not open. My husband ended his account around two years ago, yet it was billed using my email address. He used rcratbob@aol, and all payments were processed through my Visa and email, [redacted] I have never accessed Classmates using my email and when I checked, it showed no recognized account. It seems your company charged me for two years of unused service. I will not pay for something I never used due to you billing me through my Visa and email. I have been repeatedly charged on my credit card without authorization. I want to permanently close my account due to these unauthorized charges. I've had to call multiple times to have these charges refunded. Recently, I noticed another charge on June 12, [redacted], for $7.50, which I don't recognize either. I thought I ordered the Avalon High School CALIFORNIA yearbook for the class of [redacted] as a gift for my mother. Upon receiving the annual, I realized I mistakenly ordered the Avalon High School PENNSYLVANIA yearbook instead of California. I couldn't find my mother's senior picture in the book. I'm hoping to request an exception to return the Pennsylvania yearbook for a refund or, if the Avalon High (Catalina) CA [redacted] yearbook is available, consider exchanging it. I canceled my account a few months ago and was informed that I wouldn't receive a refund for any remaining time on my 12-month membership. I was under the impression that my full membership would cease in October with no further charges. However, I have recently been billed $18 in September despite this. I am curious why the school I attended for a few years, specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, is not listed on your website. I was a student there from [redacted] to [redacted]. The school's name and address were Lincoln School, W 24 5th Ave, Spokane, Washington. I recently cancelled my account. For the last renewal, I requested to be notified before any debit from my account. Currently, there is a pending debit on PayPal that I wish to cancel before it goes through. I find the emails and items I receive from Classmates irrelevant and repetitive. The information on my school and graduation year is not useful, and the website always shows the same content, making it frustrating to use.

I recently discovered that I was enrolled in Classmates and canceled my subscription. However, I have noticed unauthorized charges from my bank account by Classmates. I am frustrated by this and find it illegal. I demand a refund for these transactions dating back approximately a year and a half. I have always preferred Classmate over other brands due to its superior paper quality. However, I recently purchased two [redacted]-page notebooks, and I am experiencing issues. The notes and writing on the front side are visible from the back, making it seem like the pages are transparent. This transparency is likely due to the decreased width and quality of the pages. Regardless of the type of pen used, the ink spreads on the pages, hindering the writing experience and affecting the overall presentation. It is frustrating as it is challenging to take proper notes and maintain a neat presentation.
