I visited the Clarins outlet at Las Vegas Premium Outlet Stores on Friday, September 13th around 4:30 pm. The saleswoman there pressured me into buying skincare products for $[redacted] and an Energy booster for $25 to mix in. she wouldn't offer a military discount and was unpleasant when the total was more than I could manage due to a recent TV purchase and pending deposit. She refused to refund as their policy stated "all sales final," but the sale was incomplete with no receipt. After waiting for the manager, and a failed attempt to finish the sale, it was finally canceled. A frustrating interaction with the manager and lack of assistance from USAA led to me reverting to Oil of Olay after 1 1/2 years with Clarins. Just sharing my disappointing experience.

Hello Customer Service Representative, I recently made a purchase on Clarins.Mx and encountered issues with the Cleansing Milk with Alpine Herbs. Upon using it, I had a severe allergic reaction causing irritation and redness to my eyes. Despite trying it a few times with the same result, the customer service process has been difficult. After weeks of back and forth, I was asked to fill out a form in Spanish, only to be informed that too much time had passed since my purchase for a resolution. I'm disappointed in this response as it is my first experience with Clarins products, and I've liked others I've tried. I am seeking either an alternative product or a refund. I provided a photo of my reaction and completed the required form. Although I understand you are based in the US and I'm in Mexico, I hope for corporate assistance. It's crucial for Clarins to address potential adverse reactions. Please assist me directly as the local customer service was unhelpful despite initial assurances. Hello, my name is Elaine Gumbrell. I purchased a compact at Brittany Pharmacy in Newbury Park, Essex. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, buying my prescriptions monthly and makeup. Recently, the middle part of the compact broke, making it impossible to close. I visited the pharmacy to ask for a replacement as I had bought it there just a week ago with cash. Despite my long-standing relationship with the staff and manager, they refused to replace it citing lack of receipt. I am very fond of your product, and it takes me a while to save up for each purchase. The manager, Parveen Nuyani, was unhelpful and rude during my visit. I purchased your 50+ Dry Touch Sun Care Cream for my holiday in Gran Canaria earlier this year. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it when using it on my face. I was surprised by this as I bought it expecting a high-quality, well-tested product similar to my previous experiences with Clarins. Instead, I ended up with puffy, streaming eyes and had to seek advice and buy eye drops and creams locally to soothe my swollen face. This reaction ruined a day of my holiday and left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day. As a long-time user of Clarins products, I have always trusted the quality and reliability of your brand. This disappointing experience has made me reconsider my trust in your products.

Good afternoon! I am not one to usually complain, but I visited the Boots store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre on Monday, March 20th for an appointment and wanted to buy something from the Clarins counter. Unfortunately, the Clarins representative was not present during both of my visits to the counter. Despite this, I eventually found a helpful Clarins representative at Fenwicks who assisted me in purchasing the product I wanted.
